We are an online retailer of other suppliers products. It is unfortunate this customer decided to leave a negative review for a product which they can return for a full refund. We don't have any return requests so we are assuming the customer has decided to keep the product. If any of our customers are not 100% satisfied we offer a 30 day no quibble return policy. We have sent out five of these products in the last 10 days and this is the first negative review. If you would like to return this for a full refund you are still within your return window.
