Ordered a valentine's gift in early February. My delivery status said it got delivered to my mail Room ( flat ) but my package was nowhere to be found, most likely the delivery driver did a ghost delivery as I had no delivery photo. I contacted Oronova about what I could do and they never got back to me. I chased them up and they asked me to be patient while they contacted the delivery company, that was a month ago.

Did not receive product
Did not receive product. Contacted support, though responsive soon became unresponsive once they were at a cross roads to give me a refund or ignore me completely. No longer can retrieve order info and had to contact bank. After reaching out to logistics and the company I was left to fend for myself. No replacement, no refund.

Faulty Powercord or Product
After initial use of a product I received, either the powercord/charger or unit itself was defective. After contacting Oronova support I explained my situation and provided a short video for their Tech department to review. They replied immediately and all replies to correspondence was immediate as well and without hesitation, shipped me a new unit and gave me a % off any future purchase. Excellent customer service and look forward to purchasing many more of their products!

Bought £80 with if goods, received an emailing saying it had been delivered but it unfortunately not. Checked my address and everything is correct. Emailed the company and got zero response. Been scammed, I would avoid.

Oronovas Customer Service responded quickly to our request for help with our "Cassian" that stopped working. They asked for and promptly reviewed the short video we made to document the problem. They quickly sent a replacement for free and we are both once again enjoying it's thrilling features and amazing suction power. It's made for a man but my Partner uses it on all Her lady parts and is amazed how quickly it makes her smile. When I get my hands on it I can let go and let it bring me to a state of bliss.With some delay cream this state can last a surprisingly long time. The Cassian always outlasts me and is incredibly powerful with twin vibes and suction that latches on like nothing else I've ever used. Thanks So much to Oronova. Long live Cassian!. Joe in Ct.

The first toy I ordered was malfunctioning. It wouldn’t turn on. Tried charging it and still wouldn’t work. I contacted the company and we were able to confirm it was a malfunction. They sent a replacement. It has worked phenomenally well! I love this toy! Awesome customer service!

Although there was a delay with shipment, the Oronova team found a speedy solution. They offered to refund the product or send another one. I appreciated the options. I did choose to have it resent and it came in no time. The product was totally worth the wait and I very much appreciated the great customer service.
