Nice design and material, poorly constructed

I bought a $98 denim wrap around dress from Oroys. The dress came within two weeks, as was estimated. I liked the material, a solid denim but soft enough to have a nice drape. I liked the design and the material, but the denim tie and the one very small snap at the waist was all that would keep the dress closed. The skirt was cut poorly and the hem did not hang well. I had to take it to a seamstress who cut off six inches of the uneven hem and put in a row of snaps that will save me from a wardrobe malfunction. I will enjoy the dress but won't buy from oroys again.

I have been requesting a return…

I have been requesting a return shipping label to return 2 jumpsuits from my order. The inseams are too short.
I keep getting the same response that they will send me another jumpsuit and give me 40% off another order.
I simply want to return items for a full refund.
Company sends your order, but will not let you return any items????
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
