The company is pending being blocked by Facebook and also breaching term of Trustpilot.

A complete scam, half the order arrived, shoes were very poor quality and the wrong size. no response from the contact system. Trust pilot have removed the site,

A DISGRACEFUL SCAM. Required a size 9.5 received a ballerina size shoe, of course can’t return them so they will arrive shortly at the local Charity Shop.

Oh NEVER AGAIN Facebook you should stop this type of scamming or maybe you encourage it as you have too much to lose. !! .

Unfortunately had to give a star in order to write my review. Buyer beware total scam and all the reviews about these thieves are accurate. Lesson learned and they even had the cheek to claim that my £39.99 walking shoes were massively reduced in price in a closing sale. I will not be attempting to return them to China after reading other people's reviews. They will be going straight in the bin, next to the other rubbish.

My experience is the same as previous reviews, needed to return my trainers but was informed they had to supply my trainers from China and i would have to return them to China. My argument us they should have let me know at point of sale that they would be coming from China. The return address on my parcel was Southall UK, very misleading, I enquired at my bank for a charge back but was unsuccessful, cost of return would be approx £9 so I am going to be doing that as at least I should get approx £20 back instead of 20% (£5.90) offered. Bank said if don't get the refund I can then do a chargeback, I have also taken lots of photos of the trainers to prove they are still new incase they try and pull a fast one, and eill get a receipt of postage, wish my luck 🤷‍♀️🤞

Ordered UK 10 and got EU 43 which equates to UK 9 so of no use to me.
Emailed the company and got a basically non-sensical reply advising return to china at cost already paid or spend more money for another pair

Only scored 1 star because I had to score something.
Shoes took quite a long time to arrive and weren't even close to the size I ordered (far too small).
Contacted via the web site but after 10 days have heard nothing.
Avoid at all costs.

Like others, I believe this is a scam company.
Although describing themselves as Orthofit London they are not a UK company. They are based in China and supply poor quality products.
Requests for a return or refund result in an email advising that you have to ship to China at your own expense.
Ultimately, they give you 20% of cast as a refund.
SCAM.....BEWARE

Another entirely deserved one-star review. The same story. The shoes took ages, they were the wrong size, and I would only get a refund if I spent a fortune getting them back to China. Orthofit is a terrible entity. They're not a company, but one or more deceitful, dishonest human beings who know exactly what they are doing. Unfortunately they are enabled by the likes of Facebook, who have no interest in the authenticity of their advertisers. I have, at least, learnt one valuable lesson. Before buying online, do independent checks via trustpilot, Google reviews, even Facebook itself. Had I done that with Orthofit I would have learnt how terrible they are before spending my money. And if in doubt, don't buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR A JOKE

Orderd 2 pairs. One blue, one black. Two black delivered. Although ordered a size, larger than needed ordered, a little small. Quality not good for the price. However, at the moment feel quite comfortable.

Like everyone else who has posted a review, I ordered two pairs of shoes and the wrong sizes were delivered. I receive meaningless emails when I ask for a return and refund and am asked instead to send to China at my own expense. They will not admit to any error on their part. Despite presenting themselves as a UK based company selling legitimate orthopaedic shoes, it is clear that the shoes are poorly made abroad and not the least bit orthopaedic. Avoid at all costs. It's a scam.

Like every other buyer,disappointed..Ordered size 11 and received size 9..Advised to return them to China,which was not economical..This company is acting illegally as they are the payee and the shoes should be sent to their address in Southall,London..Not worth pursuing legal action...Trading Standards need to investigate..

Like all others, avoid at all costs. These are absolute rubbish plastic and cheap and size is wrong also, they will be going in the bin, despite their policy and saying UK company they are in China and the shoes have to be returned there at your own cost.

The shoes are absolute rubbish. A complete waste of money. I wouldn't wear mine in the garden - they're appalling & far too narrow. It also took two months for them to arrive. Never again.

I am fortunate. My credit card was declined as bank had suspicions about a Hong Kong based company.

Received the wrong sized shoes. Sent a series of emails, the replies to which suggest that no one has actually read them! I am offered a 20% repayment if I send them back to China, at my own expense.

This is simply theft! Orthofit London has nothing to do with London. It seems that everyone who has made the same mistake as I have in buying from them has been ripped off!

As all others have said. Have now cancelled faceboook as all it is, is advert spam. Like others scammed well and truly. Shoes sent from China despite being advertised as a UK company. Despite their returns policy on website received an auto reply saying I must return to China at MY EXPENSE for a refund. They offer a discount to keep them but do not provide return details. The products are plastic rubbish and not orthopedic at all. Def not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money or time.

What arrived were cheap lightweight shoes that are tight to wear - not UK size ordered.

Total rip off - do not use this company. Even if your order arrives it will disappoint.
