Ordered size 9 they delivered size 7,when I complaned they told me to return it to CHINA at my expense.
No contact number and the response you get appears to be automated.

Made the mistake of ordering only to realise shipping from china. Tried to contact company, been totally ignored. Company and number not registered in the UK therefore a clear scam and misleading advert. Matter now with credit card company

Ordered 21 may no contact no delivery no means of contact.
AVOID.

Scam merchants. Like others, I was sent the wrong size shoes, and to get a refund, I was told to send them back to China. Trying for a chargeback with the bank, but not hopeful as they have offered a refund provided I sent them back. Avoid at all costs.

No way to contact orthoFit I would have liked to exchange them for a larger size but I was unable to no way through no confirmation of purchase sent, do not buy.

It's a scam.
They are based in China not London
Wrong size Sent. They want me to return to China at my expense or give me a 20% refund and keep the shoes.
Several others scammed the same way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Although the name indicates a British company returns have to be sent to China.
The goods i ordered were far too narrow and so i emailed to request a refund. I was told that i had to pay shipping at my own cost and return the goods to China. This set alarm bells ringing as i had a previous bad experience where i wanted to return goods from another company and was given exactly the same treatment. I raised a dispute with Paypal who told me that i had to return the goods, despite my saying that i was reluctant to do so. I did return the goods, paid for UK tracking which cost me a lot of money. The goods reached China but never got further than customs. 6 months later the goods were returned to me again. I suspect that the same thing would happen with this company as their email and returns policy were almost word for word the same as this other company.
Their email was obviously copied and pasted as there were a lot of repetitions in it and it didn't actually make sense, although the gist of it was that they would offer me 20% refund and i could keep the shoes if i didn't want to send them back. I consider 20% refund on an unsatisfactory product a total insult and I told the company as much. I will not be returning them to China, but i suspect that i will also not get a refund either.
The company is already advertising a closing down sale, so I assume that they just had a bulk load of ill fitting shoes to get rid of before they disappear in to the ether and reappear as a different company selling something else.

This website is a scam, they shipped the product, wrong size and the return email does not work. The company doesn't exist on companies house.

Shoes delivered were narrow, not wide, and the wrong size 44 (size 9) masquerading as UK size 11. Website claims 24/7 support but in fact only has a contact page and returns policy makes return all but impossible. Will contact Trading Standards if possible. Avoid!

Avoid this company - 'same day despatch' arrived 10 days dater, incorrect item sent, despite the published 'hassle free refund' policy, the company is refusing a refund; the best it can offer is to consider a partial refund if I return the shoes to the Chinese supplier at my own cost. Obviously this contravenes UK law in several respects.

Despite being advertised as being wide fitting they turned out to be too narrow. Email communication with them leaves much to be desired. It turns out tthat their returns policy requires you to send the goods back to China! That probably explains the delay in receiving them. The company registered number on their website is not recognised by Companies House.
