I’m only giving a three star because I only just started wearing them. And I can’t tell what benefits they are having yet. But I do like the way they feel on my feet now that I am used to them.
The first time I went for a walk in them my arches were killing me. I didn’t know if I was going to make it home. But now they don’t bother me at all. But I have noticed one thing. Not sure if it’s a coincidence, or if its the supports that working. But I noticed my glute muscles are killing me. It could just be me being out of shape. But if it’s the arch supports then they are working pretty good.

I felt an improvement on my knees shortly after wearing the insoles. Knee pain went from 7 out 10 down to 3. Great improvement. Hoping to get down to 2. For me it’s not a cure but very helpful in reducing the pain. Will be buying others to put into my other shoes.

I thought I'd leave another review a week after using OrthoFlexx inserts for a week.
Believe it or not for me I wish the arch support wa a tad higher, that's me.
Only other issue is I wish the insoles from the arch support forward was not so soft and flexible. It can be difficult to get into the shoe. It wants to fold to easy and you have to force it to unfold to the front of the shoe.
Other than that, so far so good.

My feet have been hurting for awhile,I am on them seven days a week for 12 to 14 hours a day. l put them in my boots and the pain has gone away. I’m a believer Thanks pat

First pair made a lot of noise but replacement is perfect

I have really, really, did i say really, bad fallen arches. My ortho devices used to cost me $500 for one pair custom made. Prior to your product, I had to go that route because you couldn't and still can't buy over the counter inserts with really high arches. I was skeptical about your product but have been wearing for more than 2 months with no issues (pain). I just bought another pair 2 weeks ago for another pair of shoes, so I don't have to keep changing. Eventually, every pair of shoes i have will have them.

Was apprehensive but now I have used them for a month and they truly make a difference. They are better than my RX insoles at a fraction of the cost.

As a PT, the importance of foot alignment isn't lost on me. These inserts were immediately comfortable, fit perfectly in my shoes, and set my feet in a very y nice neutral alignment. I look forward to sharing my experience with my patients.

I was starting to get a bunion on my right foot and I tried these and it is correcting that! It’s not fully corrected but I’ve only been wearing them for a week.

My son love this, he has tried a lot different one but this is the only one he likes and wear

My foot pain has disappeared within days of starting to wear my new orthotics. I’m thrilled. I have worn orthotics from the doctor for years and have never been able to be completely pain free. I will definitely be buying more to put in all my shoes.

I just received my Orthoflexx inserts yesterday. I wear a size 12 shoe. I didn't have to trim the 12.5/14m insert they fit perfect
I had no trouble getting used to them, but I thought the arch could have be taller. I wore them all day today and I had less foot and leg pain. I liked the fact the arch didn't collapse like the pair of the PowerStep inserts I bought earlier. I'll keep using them for the rest of the week and may purchase another pair. I could have left a 5 star review but I thought the arch would be taller, That's just
me.

They are terrific...

The insoles are very supportive. The only issue I have is the toe area is more of a softer flimsy material so when you’re trying to insert the supports into your shoe, you really have to wiggle it and play with it to get it all the way down to the toe area.

I’m positively surprised at how much these insoles have helped me already! My ankles and legs feel much less painful. The customer service is also great. I highly recommend them!
