I wish I had seen this before ordering my pair. I ordered a size 8 in women. They sent me a size 91/2. Way too big for me. That was in September 2025. I tried emailing them the very same day that I got them, my emails wouldn't go through for some reason. I kept trying until finally I got a response. They asked me to upload pics and for some reason they would bounce back to my not sent box. I tried sending them all together and one by one. They wouldn't ho through but a regular email. No problem. I opened up a new email account and sent them and asked them to confirm they were recieved. They ignored it!! They never once offered to send the right size and have refused to refund my money. I was invited to review the shoe and was able to upload pics no problem. I directed them to my review hoping they would make things right when they saw the pics for themselves!! Nope not only are they not interested in doing the right thing but when I went back to their site to add a follow up review, they have it rigged so that they can control the reviews directly and my review is no longer there!! They have all good reviews and no bad ones at all!! Buyer beware!!

Ortho hike should either re write their return policy or make an honest effort to follow their stated policy. I don't think they will accept a return if a buyer is dissatisfied once they see the shoe. Shoes are over priced for their quality. Claims on website give buyer perception of a higher quality shoe. Orthohike shoe is not suitable for hiking shoe. Is more of a loafer or lightweight tennis shoe.

Total scam. Shoes are sub par, but mostly will not accept returns on poorly sized shoe

Avoid this company like toxic waste!!! They are a total scam. They offer a return policy in their advertising but that’s a scam. If it weren’t for PayPal dispute resolution return I would have been forced to take their offer of 30% of purchase not including an insurance fee they demanded, so basically you get zero $$ and they will not refund you anything but will continue to email you like they are trying. What a bunch of pirates…this company is a total cash grab and burn! Disgusting people disgusting company!

Advertising. The shoes may look appealing but it’s just nice photography. They are made vey cheaply and the insole support is a thin foam insert that doesn’t offer any support at all.
Take heed you would be better off wearing a pair of flip flops.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. Do not waste your time or money on these plastic, poor quality shoes. They claim a wide toe bed, which is a lie. They run small, are super narrow, and terrible quality. I based my purchase on reviews on their website, which I'm sure are completely forged. When I asked for a refund they said no because they are only a distributor of the product. A TOTAL SCAM!

I waited 17 days for shoes that don’t even fit. They advertise a wide toe box and these shoes are extremely narrow. More like soccer cleats narrow. Their customer service is horrible. They do not care if the shoes do not fit they will tell you it’s your fault for not using the size chart. Not ever aspects of the shoe fitting can be determined by a shoe chart. They claim they have too many expenses to offer refunds. This is the worst online company ever.

Beware!! Awful product and even worse customer service. Tried to cancel right away and they refused and told me to receive the product first and they would “service” me. Received the product and they refused to allow me to return for a refund. The shoe was supposed to have a “wide toe box” these should are maybe 3 inches wide TOTAL. The product is trash

This company's return policy was not adhered to: the online ad states that the shoes had a wide toe box, and in fact, it was quite narrow and rather pointed. This description clearly was not representative of the product and yet, they would not accept my return. I opened a case with PayPal and we are in the resolution phase. Like Congress these days, the company asked me to close the case, then they will issue the refund. I won't fall for the bait...refund me and I will close the case! This is rdiculous waste of my time, but I spent over a hundred dollars including shipping and insurance fees. Worth fighting for!

The shoes are supposed to have a wide toe box but the fit is the exact opposite. Super tight in the toes. Not wearable.
They would not send me a refund or accept returns.

Do not purchase shoes from Orthohike. It is a scam! Worst hiking shoes ever and the advertising is misleading. They try to refuse a refund. I’m in the process of getting my money back through PayPal.

BEWARE - if shoes do not fit and you want to return them- they will refuse. Buying shoes online from a company with a no return policy is a mistake I made but you should not do the same.

I order 2 pairs according to their size chart, a pair for my wife and a pair for me. After they took our money, they said they no longer had it in my wife’s size and offered a pair 3 sizes too big. Of course we said no and wanted a refund on her pair. Their would not refund the full amount for her pair and would not explain why. My pair came and their size 11 is more like a size 9, way too small. Even though their web site says they have a return policy, they in formed me that they don’t do returns, but offered me a discount to buy another pair🤬

Shoes arrived tried to contact to exchange the size as their size chart appears to be misleading. Had to lodge a dispute with pay pal before they would contact me. Back and forth emails then rude reply’s from the support team. Very bad communication skills just plain rude. I do not recommend this company. Buyers beware of this company.

The shoes are sized too small. Policy say you can return for size. But customer service won’t allow returns

I was expecting a lot better quality for the price I paid but the shoes I received looks like they were from the website Wish or Temu. They have little to no support for an orthopedic shoe and they are not comfortable at all. It feels like padding is in the heel and nothing supports the arch. Terrible shoes. I will not be getting anything else from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered shoes, they are way too small, they will not let me return them or refund my money. THEY ARE A SCAM!
