There is nothing good I can say, sorry

It has all been said in the other reviews. But surely there is a come-uppance for these people. How can you ask for reviews and then ignore the information you are given.
Fools we may be, but isn't everybody colluding with them and allowing thieves to get away with our money.
There must be a responsibility or some professional body that can put this right.

Terrible terrible

I can’t believe I was scammed, fake advertisement seen on Pinterest under lsponsored advertisementl. Nothing like what was advertised. I normally read reviews and this time I didn’t. I am still trying to get some of my money back. Please, please don’t fall for this website. I thought it was a UK based business because of its name.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! AVOID! SCAM WEBSITE!

This company are a huge SCAM! Their website is a SCAM! Shoes took 3 weeks to arrive, I didn't realise they were coming from China or I would never have ordered them! Very misleading name! How dare they call themselves LONDON ORTHOPEDICS when they are not in London or even in the UK, and they are definitely NOT Orthodpaedic!! The shoes smell strongly of glue, are cheap plastic rubbish and look nothing like the ones advertised! Came in a plastic bag, no box or anything! I will be reporting to Trading Standards and will be warning people whenever I see the advert on the internet! Wish I had read the reviews here before I bought! No point in trying to return them, it costs more than the ugly shoes, which are going in the bin!! Lesson learned. Never buy from these websites online unless you know where they are based! And always check Trustpilot for reviews, never take their own reviews on their website as truth, they are lies!!

UNBELIEVABLY

I'm beginning to be suspicious. I made an order on the 2nd of December and I haven't received my order. Wondering is it London or China

Orthopedics-London

Orthopedics-London
Be aware that this Company is not based in London Uk and to return shoes purchased from them you have to pay the postal costs to China.

No where on their slick selling site does it mention that the goods are delivered from China or returns have to be sent back to China.

The shoes I purchased were far too small and the quality was not, in my opinion, good value for the price I paid.
Buyers Beware!!!

Please don't buy from this company

Please don't buy from this company. They are a con company based in china. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Shoes are terrible quality like flip flops and smell of glue. They take weeks to arrive. They are not in London and are not orthopaedic at all. Please don't be conned. Shoes have to be returned to china and the cost is more than the shoes. My return parcel got 'lost' in Chinese customs and ended up the courier had to reimburse. This company rely on that happening so they don't have to refund. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, not in any way orthopaedic. Plastic not leather and the plastic soles are laughable. Not remotely like the photos.

DO NOT BUY!!! AVOID!!! SCAM WEBSITE!!!

DO NOT BUY! THE SHOES ARE RUBBISH!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!
I ordered two of the same pairs of shoes but in different sizes. Unfortunately, two different pairs of shoes were delivered to me. I changed my mind and I want to return them. The shoes are of VERY POOR QUALITY and do not meet my expectations. THEY ARE FROM CHINA, NOT LONDON! The quality of these shoes does not correspond to the price. THE SHOES ARE PATHETIC In addition, the boxes in which they were packed were crushed and damaged during transport.

Don’t waste you money… Scam website

I’ve ordered 4 pairs of shoes at the beginning of August, to quickly find out that they were being shipped from China, when I was expecting to begin shipped from the UK.
From the 4 pairs only received 2 one month later and 1 of the two was damaged.
They are refusing to refund me for the shoes that were missing, and been back and forward with emails with no resolution ahead.
Don’t waste your money and time with them. The shoes are poorly made and don’t worth the money they are asking for them.

DO NOT BUY! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

DO NOT BUY! THE SHOES ARE PATHETIC, YOU WOULDN'T PUT THEM ON A DOLL NEVER MIND YOUR OWN FEET! (They might fit a doll though...!)
THE PHOTOS ARE NOT REAL, AND THE SHOES ARE MOST CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Worth probably about £3.99! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I understand the spelling of the company name is just a play on 'orthopaedic', but was still drawn in by the boots. More fool me. They offered a 20% refund instead of returning the boots, I got it up to 25%, but am obviously still out of pocket. Never mind!
DON'T BE DRAWN IN TO THE HYPE AND PHOTOSHOPPED IMAGES! TO RETURN ANYTHING COSTS OVER £20. THEY ARE FROM CHINA, NOT LONDON!
THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!
If I could give this absolutely useless site -10 stars I would!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I am only giving this 1 star because there is no star rating. I have already added feedback a few months ago but didn’t realise this matter would get worst.
PLEASE BEWARE THIS IS A FAKE SITE!!
I found out too late and even returned the shoes that were so anwful I couldn’t keep them and then conplained about a pair I never received. But still no refund. I’ve been fighting to get my money back since but I can only conclude that this will never happen and I am out of pocket of £137!!
There has to be a way to get this site closed down. They taking for granted hard working people who trust these sites. Absolute disgrace!!.

Do not order

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering. I specifically ordered on this site as I have recently had a foot operation. I waited for over 4 weeks for delivery. They arrived today - one pair missing- are cheap and not as per UK sizing. Any hope of me getting my money back? Absolutely devastated

I didn't realise it was a fake site…

I didn't realise it was a fake site until too late. My bank sent me a message telling me they are. I very rarely buy anything from sites that I don't trust. My stupid fault for not checking. They need to be closed down.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY, wow absolutely shocking, i like many people thought they were based in London, their name and website are misleading, waited 3 weeks for my shoes to arrive, when they did i opened the package and just laughed, such bad quality, really poorly made, not orthopedic at all, wouldnt even pay £5 for them, contacted them several times and each time just got a automated reply, have to pay to return the shoes, which costs more than what i paid for them and they were not cheap, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SOMEONE SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN.
