Total scam. Do not buy from this fake website.

This company need to be investigated. They have an office in London who do the admin but shoes have to be returned to China at your own cost plus tracking then I never got my money back so please beware. Not sure how it can be stopped but something needs to be done.
As others have said shoes are poor quality plastic and nothing like the photos, certainly not 'orthopedic 'as they spell it!!

Plastic shoes and I was asked to return them to China at my expense! DO not buy anything from this website.

A scam, pure and simple. I wish I’d read the reviews first, my experience is exactly the same as others describe. Poor quality shoes, not orthopaedic, three weeks to arrive, expensive and poor quality. Nothing to do with London. Have to be returned at own expense to China. A complete scam.

I bought some sandals they did not fit and was told I could not return them, however they said I could keep those sandals and they would send another pair of sandals for the same price. Do not buy from this company. The second pair were not the same quality as the picture, they looked plastic, they were not exactly the same as the picture. Do no buy from this company you will waste your money.

So disappointed, the shoes are terrible quality and I've clearly been scammed. Avoid trading with this awful company.

As other customer’s have described This is not an orthopaedic company , cheap quality shoes not as described , cost to send back was half the cost of shoes with no refund of this cost , big con lesson learned like others check all detailed before parting with money .

Had to laugh the shoes are so bad, but mainly, I can’t believe i fell for their scam in the first place. The shoes are dreadful. Exactly like the other reviews describe…at least i was forewarned having read these reviews before they arrived, sadly not before buying…

Just as another reviewer, cheap shoes, not the same as the professional looking website. Footbed was flat and nothing therapeutic about them. Shoes were badly made and poorly packed so they were crushed on arrival.
Now I am required to return to China for refund.
Do not trade with this company.

Another company doing inferior quality cheap copies and requiring returns to China at vast expense and trouble. Have now learned my lesson, don’t look at adverts that pop up. Always check returns policy before ordering.

Yet again scammed by this site!! Do not use!!!! Clearly they have no intention of sending my order of £40!!

Orthopedic-London. (orthopaedic) shoes not from London. Cheap Chinese plastic shoes poorly made and fit only for the rubbish bin.
Took weeks to arrive poorly packaged and squashed.

Horrible plastic unbending shoes. No paperwork in the bag - presumably because no returns accepted and they don't want you to complain. A complete con. They should not be allowed to advertise online and should not be trading.

Horrendous experience! The name of company is nothing Orthopedic! Order took 4 weeks and the shoes were poor quality from the fit to the material. The image is nothing like on their website. Want to return but now have to pay huge fee to send back to China. This brand is a con and I would advise anyone not to order. I am not even sure how they got over 500 positive reviews which makes me even more suspicious.

An advert came up for some shoes supposedly reduced from £80 to £39.95 (Low-top Colorblock Casual Round Toe Sequin). I searched on the web and found the exact same shoes (not orthopedic) on Temu for £10.79. This could be a fake site. Beware!

These are not orthopedic, cheap shoes from China and if you want to return you have to pay postage a big con !

Delivered in 16 days. Exactly like the website. Really comfortable soft leather. Would by again.
