I ordered shoes from them a month ago and still haven’t received them. When you click on the link it says that the store is closed and waiting for the owner to reopen it. They steal your money, shut down & you never receive the product,

I would give a 0 on the rating if I could! This company just steels your money without delivering. I’ve ordered 2 pair of shoes almost 6 month ago , they keep telling stupid excuses why my package never arrived and refusing to refund my money. I think the only option I have left to take legal action!! Never order from this site!!

I ordered three pairs of shoes. When they arrived I tried them on. One pair of shoes was the wrong size.
So I contacted Orthopedics Dakota to ask about a exchange.
Someone named Anna responded,and told me that the shoe item number couldn't be found.
I even sent the processing email I received.
On the next email Anna says to return would be expensive.
She offered a 20% refund.
I haven't heard anything for a month.
I keep saying I will not order things like shoes on line.
What attracted me were claims to help with foot problems.
I've learned my lesson.

I purchased a pair of boots from Orthopedic Dakota and they charged my card immediately but never shipped the product.I wait for long time then I send a 3 email adking fir my order they only said the same thing we’re going to review your purchase information and go back to you. Never send my refund back and never send my ítem i order. I was very disapointted

I ordered two pairs of shoes-orthopedic insoles-cushy and comfortable looking. What I received two pairs of such poorly manufactured shoes without any insole at all! I asked to return them and was offered two options, one of which to return product to China (cost over $38) or, they would provide me with a 15% (just under $15.00) credit and no need to even return the shoes. Talk about fraudulent!!!

I purchased a pair of boots from Orthopedic Dakota and they charged my card immediately but never shipped the product. When I reached out to their customer service, they were unresponsive, disorganized, and completely unhelpful—asking me questions like what size I ordered instead of actually resolving the issue.

After weeks of back-and-forth, I still have no boots, no refund, and no accountability. This company is a total sham. Buyer beware—do not give them your money. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

STAY AWAY from the Orthopedics Dakota! The Orthopedics Dakota is a Chinese sham company. The Orthopedics Dakota ships garbage quality product at a hefty price. I bought a pair of sandals that do not even allow a human foot to comfortable slide into it. It is like a bunch of amateurs made that product. There is zero arch in it. I bet it was a pair that was put into garbage and this company buys these misfits by the pound and sells it to the USA market.

The Orthopedics Dakota is a China based company that will not honor send a return labels and asks customer to return the product, which costs anywhere from $70 to $120 dollars to ship to their destination. It took a month and a half for me to get the product on top of it. Needless to say, it is unreasonable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order over a month ago and have received nothing. They provided an invalid order number that their own website doesn't recognize. After I requested a refund, they completely stopped responding to my emails. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money.

If there was a way to give less than a "one" star, that's what I would have done. Ordered a pair of boots back in August - Here is it Oct 13 and no boots. I have emailed them multiple times asking about the status of my order and they would tell me to "be patient" and now when I click on the order for status update it says the page is not found. TOTAL SCAM. How can we contact Pinterest to tell them they are allowing these scammers on their site.

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from Orthopedics Dakota. After a long wait, I received two pairs of sneakers which were not the ones I ordered. I got no response when I contacted them for a return. Then I filed an appeal with PayPal to get my money back. My claim - just to return the shoes for a refund - was denied twice by PayPal. What could OD possibly be telling Paypal for this to happen?

I ordered boots from orthopedic dakato,after waiting weeks to receive them,they were not what I ordered at all.in my opinion this is a scam organization.NEVER order from this company,you cannot trust it.

I wish I could rate zero. I ordered my flats a month ago and they haven’t even shipped. The customer service is BS and they just send you in a loop. Could not recommend less.

I Got Ghosted!

I ordered shoes from Orthopedicsdakota and never received (although they insist that they were delivered). It's not clear to me who the transport company was, but OD suggested I follow up with them. I learned a valuable lesson though. If I'd checked. Trustpilot and the BBB first, I never would've ordered from OD. Vet companies you've never used before first!

Bad very 👎 bad they send trash of shoes and the size is not correct 😑

I ordered 2 pair of shoes which were supposed to be orthopedically designed. They are the cheapest design and certainly NOT as described or orthopedic. When I contacted the company directly, I never received a response back. I contacted OrthopedicsDakota 3 times. I’ve been robbed and cheated.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! This is a scam company. They have fraudulent product descriptions and counterfeit products. The products are nothing like what you’re ordering and they want you to pay to return it to China. I contacted customer service and they offered to refund me 10%, then 15%, the 25%. The shoes O ordered were $50! I can’t believe O fell for this scam. I am terrified that they have my information. I plan to lodge a complaint with the FTC.

I ordered my shoes a month ago online. I still have not received them. I am asking for a full refund. I believe this company is a scam. I don’t think they were ever sending my shoes. They sent me a status update of delivery a month after I had already ordered my shoes saying that it’s still in transit. Do not buy from this place. I will never be purchasing again. This was my first time experiencing this company and they are not a real company in my estimation.

This “company” is a joke. I received my order and the boots are a cheap wannabe and way too small. When I contacted the “company” for return instructions, imagine my surprise to find out I have to pay for the return! So this is how they stay in business, by scamming. Shame on Pinterest for even allowing them on their site.
