This “company” is a joke. I received my order and the boots are a cheap wannabe and way too small. When I contacted the “company” for return instructions, imagine my surprise to find out I have to pay for the return! So this is how they stay in business, by scamming. Shame on Pinterest for even allowing them on their site.

Minus one if I could! This is a total “scam” company. I received a brand new pair of “orthopedic” booties. Complete crap! They even smelled coming out of the cheap plastic they were sent in! I have Never seen such poor quality. Not to mention it took almost a month to get them. I didn’t even bother to try them on. And I don’t think I’ll be able to send them back. The company has that rigged too so that it will cost you more to return them than to just keep em. UCK!!!

I recieved the black clog that I ordered from them for 49.99 2 days ago. They arrived in a cheap plastic bag, they looked cheap and they were too small. I even ordered a half size up. When I reached out to them for a refund, They promptly wrote back and said they don't offer refunds but that I could keep the shoes and they would send me another pair of shoes should I chooses to do that. I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. This is a sham and a shame that they can continue to advertise false products and information.

This company has ghosted me. No replies to any of my emails. They will not answer in order to give me a refund for my purchases. The purchases were the correct size but none of them fit. They are also cheaply made, only thing resembling the pictures of the products are the colors. And that is also a stretch. Don’t buy from them.

I bought three pairs of shoes to finally invest in cute orthopedic footwear and I received today the three shoes wrapped in cheap plastic bags inside a larger cheap plastic bag that was almost in shreds. Upon first glance, each pair was made with noticeably low quality materials (including fake wood plastic heels) and were most definitely NOT orthopedic quality. I tried the shoes on and they didn’t fit. Not only were they too small, they also had no cushioning or arch support. The quality was that of the dollar store. No where on the packaging does it have the name Orthopedics Dakota, instead giving the name of the mass produced company they found to create these shoes as fast as possible or as little as possible. I wish I would have done my research first to see that this is most likely a scam but I’ve learned my lesson and will shop smarter next time. Do NOT buy from them! Trust me.

Do not order from this China place. I was enticed by a shoe photo, and it was on sale from $90. to $44. they came in a bag, they were NOT the same item as on website. When I contacted them via e-mail, they gave me a non-existant address in China-to a Mr Chang. - And I'd have to pay $32 for shipping-Ha Ha Ha. So, I have donated them to Good will.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. My boots looked absolutely nothing like the picture and it cost almost the same price to mail them back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY 😒 😐.

I gave one star because I can't give zero! A total scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE...After 10 days of placing the order I requested a tracking number at which point they asked me for the size, which was in the order, obviously!!! They just kept buying time... NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM THEM. Currently fighting for a refund.

This place is a scam. It's a company out of China. The website says it's an us company it is not. They send us a pair of shoes for that 1.was not remotely like the picture or description 2. It was cheep plastic with no form. 3. When I tried turn it return under their free returns policy I got a message saying I was responsible for shipping it TO CHINA. The cost to do that was more than the cost of the shoes.

Wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered boots. What I received was nothing like the ad. In order to return, I’d have to pay shipping to return something I did not order. After contacting them and sending pictures of what I ordered and what I received, they agreed to refund 25% of my purchase. Will see if that actually happens. I will donate the boots to charity. Live and learn.

I ordered some green heels from this company, received the completely wrong shoes (in fact they were cream colored with a pearl hanging from the strap), and they claimed that my order was actually correct!
Funny enough, I looked on their website and the shoes they "claimed" were the correct ones aren't even advertised on their website! Scammers and liars!
Still haven't received the correct shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! A waste of time and money!!

RUN DON’T STOP!!!! I ordered 2 pair of shoes around the beginning of July. I only received 1 pair even though the tracking said both pairs were delivered. I contacted them and that began a major nightmare!! They gave me a complete run around and it is still going on. As of today now they say after they had responded last week that they will be sent out, today they sent an email that the tracking information says both pairs were delivered. A huge run around and still no resolved problem. No refund and no shoes!! DO NOT BUY ANY THING from this scam company!!!

I ordered shoes. The charge was debited from my account. They said they couldn’t find my order. I had to file a claim with my bank.

What went wrong was the shoes was never deliver. I have the tracking number and Carriers' number and these companies never was heard of. Tracking number: JSEXX3018613214YQ, Carrier: JS Express. Shipment form order #7088. I am disappoint and will never order anything from this company. I have informed by family, co-workers and church member about this company.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this scam website. I measured my feet according to their instructions. I am so annoyed with them! The shoes were way too small and I have emailed them 3 times, with no response.!
Waste of money and waste of time!!

I ordered two pairs of sandals in my correct size and received these shoes that were too big and wouldn’t stay on. The sandals were no good for my feet; perhaps a person with larger feet could have worn them. I received a response to my return inquiry from Hong Kong, stating that I needed to provide additional information. I had done that in the beginning to initiate the return – SMH! These folks do not honor their promise of easy returns.

I ordered a pair of slide on sandals. I’ve seen them all over SM and thought they were the cutest things so I finally decided to order them! I got them in the mail today and they are NOT what I ordered! They’re some cheap vinyl looking mess that I would never order! Not even close! To the scammers shame on you!

I received my black boots with hassle I. the mail. I am very displeased with the product. This company is giving a false advertisement on their products. The boots I wanted had a wooden heel and the boots I got were not the same. The boots I received had a black heel and were a cheaper material. I would not recommend to my friends or family. Very unhappy with them.
