Some what slow in delivery but I didn't realise the product was coming from China. There were so many negative comments I was beginning to think I was going to be another dissatisfied customer and was ready to join the other one stars and initiate a bank charge back. On the face of it, the company website looks like the business is UK based, but it isn't. Either way I received my item about 10 days after the initial order. The product is OK, it fits per the sizing and fingers crossed its designed to do what it is supposed to do. I'm glad the item was half the price (£20) because I don't think a pair of elbow supports of this quality were worth £40. So, regardless of the other comments my summary is, price ok, product delivered, product quality satisfactory. Brief fulfilled. Thank you.

I placed an order with Ortorex on 19 August 2025. By 16 September, the item still hadn’t arrived. I was given tracking details with their courier, Relay, but the status stayed as “out for delivery” without anything ever turning up. After chasing this up, Relay confirmed the parcel had gone missing and emailed both me and Ortorex to confirm.
On 17 September, I requested a refund from Ortorex, as UK law requires a merchant to provide either a replacement or a refund if an item fails to arrive. Despite this, and repeated follow-up, I still haven’t received my refund as of 28 September 2025.

I bought earbuds for side sleepers
I bought earbuds for side sleepers. They are unusable because of a buzzing sound they make when they're on. When I requested a refund for a faulty product it turned out they want me to pay for the tracked postage to Poland or they can refund me 70% of the price and I can keep the faulty product (which is unusable). Otherwise I'd have to provide video evidence of the earbuds not working to get a full refund. Which is obviously impossible if you do not have a professional equipment to record a sound that can only be heard when the earbuds are in your ear canals. To sum it up - it's a scam to get £10 of you because you'd eventually have to give up and agree on 70% refund or lose the whole £30 you've already paid.

This is not a serious company – they are selling cheap China-made products at outrageous prices, the same items can easily be found on Temu or AliExpress for a fraction of what Ortorex charges.
Their so-called customer service is useless, unhelpful and clearly trained to ignore complaints.
Feels like a scam operation designed to rip off customers rather than provide any real value.

I’m very happy with the Ortorex Memory Foam Neck Roll Pillow. The product looks exactly as it was presented on the website and the quality is excellent. I can honestly recommend it. Delivery took 12 days from the time of ordering, which is a bit longer compared to locally ordered products, but the price was much better while offering the same quality.
