The last question

The last question on my mind about the V7 vacuum was promptly answered by the customer service team. I’m impressed with their quick responses. I’m all out of questions now. Great job folks.

Didn't get all of my order and no response from Company

I ordered 2 air purifiers and 2 air filters. We only received 1 of each. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email (there is no phone # to call) and have received no response. I ordered on 1/28/2026 and received the 1 air purifier and 1 air filter on 2/3/2026. since then I have sent at least 8 emails asking for help. No response.

Order canceled and money back within 2 days.

Ordered an air purifier with insufficient capacity (on a Saturday afternoon). I canceled the order. I read the reviews; it didn't look good.

But I received a cancellation confirmation within 5 minutes of placing the order. Two days later, the money was refunded to my account. All in all, a positive experience.

This company scams US residents

This company scams US residents. I purchased a cordless vacuum, it did not work (power too low/ insufficient) for my high-pile carpet do I returned it in November 3025. As of Frbruary 6, 2026 Bryson has told via numerous text messages: (1) it could not track/identify my return so I have to forward my shipping tracking number even though I had already done that and included a copy of my purchase receipt & order number in the box and the tracking number was send by the shining company to Oryzom, (2) over 8 times messaged me it is working on my refund, (3) over 3 times told me the refund has been processed and paid back to my credit card but would take 5-15 days to appear on my card issuer’s statement —,which is a clear lie, and 2 days ago messaged me that due to an office malfunction the refund did not process — another obvious lie. Now Oryzom has not advised it will process again my refund. All these lies are after Oryzom acknowledged it had received my returned vacuum which was in good, clean shape, as directed by them.
Do not buy an Oryzom vacuum. The company will keep your money for several months before sending you a refund and will only do so if you continuously message them to send your refund.
Today 1-6-2026, 1 day short of 2 months after I returned the Oryzom vacuum I received my full refund .Mastercard has posted it to my account.i received notice of the refund about 1-2 hours after posting my critical review.

delivered product doesn't match the order

The product has been delivered on time.
I ordered a Oryzom pro lisseur and I received a HutTimo 802B Hair straightner. Definitely not what I ordered. How can i send it back and received the ordered Oryzom hair straightner ?

Oryzom air purifier V1 pro

Careful, Service do Not react After a while. They delay things and even game the PayPal system, so you can’t even get your money back anymore.
This was about a defective device, an air purifier. It was defective from the very beginning. In Germany, warranty is mandatory!!! No response anymore. €150 gone and a defective device sitting at home. Terrible. Cut off the paws of such people, companies that produce junk at the expense of our environment. How did this device get such good reviews online?

Good service and quality

Shopping and ordering was easy.
Delivery was quick, and even that i was not at home, the deliverer made effort to place the parcel at a safe place.
