The packaging was very good and the item arrived in great condition! Allen was friendly and very responsive during the process. This is the second time I ordered from them and it's a smooth experience.

I have ordered expensive statues twice from OrzGK and both times received them safely in good condition. Very satisfied, and the customer service from Lucy was always prompt and friendly. ^^

The site itself is really easy to navigate, everything is easily explained in regards to purchasing the figures. Their customer service has been flawless as well. I had a figure I placed an order for no longer be available and the agent I spoke with, Lucy, helped me replace it with another. She was very professional and polite. The company is worth purchasing from.

Still pretty new to the GK collectable thing. but have had amazing contact and service from Allen. Cannot fault the statues or the service. Will definitely be a regular customer.

Im not a spam omg why would u remove my other review. Anyway, it was my first time ordering, and I was really nervous at first since I had just spent hundreds $$$ without knowing if it was legit. But it definitely is! Allen was very helpful in assisting me with my order of Sylus. The item was packaged well with no damage, and I absolutely love it. I’ve already pre-ordered another product and I’m excited to receive it next year!

Overall great experience as a first-time buyer. Only thing I would improve upon is the tracking of the packages.

On the date mentioned, a big package had arrived and I did not recall what I had purchased recently, but more how long ago in the past, eventually I remembered the Blanc and Noir figures I preordered via OrzGK site. At that time I really wanted them, as I am a fan of the game called Goddess of Victory NIKKE as well as loving the bunny sisters. The wait was definitely worth it. The packaging was absolutely excellent, after even opening them to get to the figures themselves, I was satisfied that the figures arrived in pristine condition. Once I had revealed the figures themselves, I was happy in finally having them after waiting a long time. The process was smooth and no issues at all. The experience was transparent and honest. Thank you very much for the magnificent service and looking forward to another near future purchase from you.

Was a long wait from preorder to receiving my statue but it was worth the wait, the statue has a very good build quality and Lucy who was my customer support person was in contact with, was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely buy from OrzGK again when there’s another statue that I want

I bought a figure from OrzGK recently. Being my first time importing a GK figure, I was a bit apprehensive. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the whole process. Their customer support is incredible - each purchase is assigned a personal assistant, and mine (Jenny) was stellar. Communication was great and they explained the whole process very clearly and answered all my questions, giving me so much more peace of mind about my purchase. I received the figure today and the shipping was also really impressive. It was impeccably packed, so the figure and box arrived with not even a dent (which is great because the box is so pretty I am going to display it as well). Overall, my experience was 100% positive and I will definitely be buying from them again very soon.
