Backyard Game Changer
The Tree Guards are the best! Haven’t found anything else that stops my cat from climbing trees & it means he can go out into the backyard stress free. What would make these cones even better is having more columns of slits for a tighter fit when joining two cones together.

Installation straightforward and easy
I found the installation process to be fairly straight forward although it would have been much easier if there was an included template to mark the spot for drilling the holes. One could then mark up confidently that the mount will be well placed. Otherwise it was an easy straight forward installation onto a brick patio wall and it has done the trick as our two climbers have not gotten out since.

Good customer service
Ordering from the site was easy. They even contacted me to let me know there would be an extra charge for customs fees and asked if I still wanted to complete the order.
There was also a delay in shipment due to the fence brackets being backordered which was also communicated to me.

Caution for UK buyers.
Ordered start of June and still have not received my complete order
Nearly 7 weeks now.
No end in sight. I have a feeling they are struggling with cashflow as most reputable companies would send out missing parts then deal with the courier these won't.
I have tried my best to be patient. There is no telephone number to speak to support
And I have had to do all the leg work to connect the company with the courier.
Honestly it has been a complete disaster
And would urge anyone in the UK not to go through the same stress I have.
As if something goes wrong they will not fix it you will need to.

Very good product but expensive. You could probably do a similar thing with some stuff from Bunnings. It is however a really good product and easy to install.

Exceptional customer service
The customer service I received was exceptional. Since I was ordering from Canada I knew there would be Duty payments required. Before processing my order, they went above and beyond by reaching out to me to see if I knew that I had to pay duty. They got me a quote on what the estimated Duty would cost me so I could decide to proceed or not proceed with the order. They were super quick in responding to all my questions!!
