Price for spareparts is based on material and production costs too high. Also are postage/parcel costs for small parts sending (15 €uro for parts shipped via DPD which shipped via dhl parcel woud be around 6€) is too high.

Oscillot makes an excellent product. It's been installed for over a year now, and its consistently kept my escape artist cat in the yard! I love that it's so low profile -- there are no big nets where leaves can gather, and installation was simple. I also love that they sell replacement parts in smaller batches.

We recently installed Oscillot cat-proof roller fencing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have a fence backing on to a park with a gate. I ordered online then realised afterwards that I might need extra fittings to allow for the gate. I contacted Oscillot and they were really helpful. Held my order until we’d determined exactly what fittings I would require. Communication was excellent, really felt they were taking an interest to ensure I got the correct system for my area. Hope the system works to keep my cats in.

Great product and service with quick delivery

The website was clear and informative. The follow up before and after I purchased the rolls was quick, correct and clear (email interaction, very much appreciated). The rolls perform as advertised. I am a very happy customer.

We have a cat the we call our little Houdini. He kept escaping off our deck no matter what we did. We changed our railing to a 6’ glass railing and he went over the railing the next day. So we decided to order the Oscillot cat fence rollers. It arrived as promised. It was easy to install on our railing and only took a couple of hours. We let Houdini out and he tried to climb up a couple of times but wasn’t able to go over. It’s been 2.5 months now and we haven’t seen him try again. He hasn’t been over the railing since we installed it which is a huge relief for us.

Great to deal with - good service, reasonably quick delivery to WA, excellent communication; I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer.
My only challenge was limited stock at the time I was ordering, but looks like that is all sorted now!

Our main problem is making best use of plastic sheeting on ledges. The very day the workmen put up Oscillate and plastic sheeting hsd been on ledges few days Back Billy jumped the fence from the medium 60 cm high brick ledge after 5 tries. . Desperately beed to wirk ob the brick ledges .

Nothing negative to say. As far as customer support and product quality is concerned. I am very happy. It’s easy to install. I have no idea how anyone could have problems installing this. It blends in well. More so if I painted the fence grey. But it’s absolutely fine as it is. As yet I have no idea if it works. But I have sneaky feeling it will. Dispatch and delivery to the UK was very quick. DPD failed at the last hurdle. But that’s DPD for you. Useless.

I have been looking for a solution to keep my cats inside my back yard for a long time and this appears to be the best solution I could find until now

I wrote Oscillot hoping to talk to someone about my specific fencing needs. I got a quick response from Jenny. She was super helpful over multiple emails. She took the time to review pictures I sent and was able to give me specifics on what to order. When I had a little trouble ordering through the website, I asked for her help and she was able to get the ball rolling for an easy purchase. My fence equipment just arrived yesterday, and I am looking forward to setting it up this weekend.

It was very easy to order the cat tree guards on the Oscillot website, with clear directions on how to measure the tree trunk size and the number of collars required. The delivery was prompt and delivered right to my door. The tree guard was easy to install and only took minutes to secure it around the tree. I purchased it for my cat's safety, specifically to stop her climbing too high into the tree and getting stuck up there. It has 100% cat-proofed my tree and I would highly recommend this product.

Very poor customer service and misrepresentation.
I went to order £1,300 worth of cat rollers and so placed this in the basket. The site advertised that all orders over £750 is eligible for free delivery, saving me £100. I placed the order in the basket but didn’t check out as I was awaiting confirmation on a handy man to be able to confirm he could install it.
Due to my order awaiting checkout, I received an email offering a 10% discount as an incentive to place the order. Great! I thought.
I went to place the order and applied the given code to get 10% off but when I did, I got this but only to have the free delivery retracted! So on one hand I got the 10% off, giving me £130 discount but £100 was put back on for delivery (although website advertises all orders over £750 gets the free delivery) so effectively I saved the difference of £32.
There was nothing to say that I couldn’t use the two offers together, so I emailed customer services and I had to chase as chase to get a reply. Eventually I got one just to say, I couldn’t have free delivery and a 10% discount and when I challenged this and after another long wait for a response, I just basically got told that, that the way it is but I’m still ‘welcome to place the order’. I sent a response email and challenged this again and still awaiting a response! This is over a period of about a month!

Well I finally got it done . Wow the cats love the yard but I love it more because they just cannot get out... wow what a product I tell every one about it. SO WELL DONE GREAT PRODUCT.......

Additional feedback: The refund for the packages has finally been processed, although the delay seems long since it took a month after receiving the return. Nevertheless, the interactions were satisfactory.

Although some items were missing in the first delivery the service staff was very friendly and responsive, sending us the missing parts free of charge within a couple of days. They even contacted us again to make sure that everything was ok.

Jenny was really helpful with my order when I had to make some changes to my order. The advice she gave was great and my order was processed really quickly and arrived within a few days.
