Course Accidentally Marked Complete — Unable to Reach Customer Support
I enrolled in the course and began working through it, but after some time my session became locked and I could no longer continue where I left off. I am still well within the one-year period I was given to complete the course.
I attempted to start the course again, but while doing so it unexpectedly jumped ahead to the final/outro video and marked the course as completed even though I had not actually finished it or received the proper grade.
Since then, I have been trying to contact OSHA.com to have the course reopened or corrected. Unfortunately, getting in touch with an actual person has been extremely difficult. I have tried calling, but I either cannot get through or end up dealing with automated/AI responses without getting the issue resolved.
The course itself may be fine, but the lack of accessible customer support when there is a technical problem has been very frustrating. I simply need someone to help reopen or reset my course so I can properly complete it.
