The slides are so monotonous
The slides are so monotonous - when I reach out for help - for examples to pause on any given slide so I can read the material in depth, the representative said, there is no such thing, and if I need to stop any any given point in any chapter, just leave the training ....She is clueless about the client need, and need to be re-train how to interact with clients

You can also click on the course dashboard, though please note it will not save your place in the audio for that particular slide, so you would need to listen from the beginning of that slide again. The training really opened my eyes on the important stuff that is really over looked.. over all the training was not that bad and thourally enjoyed it
