This company took my payment but the course does not work and I cannot access my account. Customer support ignores messages and refuses to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.

MSHA certification was not valid and not accepted at the mine. $150 and 8 hours of my life gone. Zero customer support, sent an email and never received any correspondence back then I called and they told me to kick rocks.

This is a scam of a company who takes your $ for the OSHA courses. Once completed, if the card never shows up, they state it is the problem of the USPS and will not make good on it. Additionally, They state that you must pay a $60 fee for a replacement card.
Frustrating Experience – Not Mobile Friendly, Poor Customer Support
I do not recommend using OSHA Education Center.
First, the website is not mobile-friendly—which is unacceptable in 2025. The interface is clunky, buttons are unresponsive, and it constantly logs you out or loops you back to the home screen, especially when trying to complete a course on a phone or tablet. It feels outdated and poorly optimized for modern use.
Second, if you run into an issue and need to retake a course or access expired content, don't expect any support. The customer service team is unhelpful and rigid. Despite being a paying customer, I was offered no flexibility or understanding when a technical error interrupted my progress.
Lastly, the organization does not seem willing to work with existing customers at all. I encountered multiple points where a simple gesture of goodwill or basic troubleshooting would’ve solved the issue—but instead, I was met with canned responses and zero effort to resolve anything.
If you're looking for a smoother and more supportive experience, I recommend using OSHA.com or 360training instead. Their platforms are more reliable, mobile-friendly, and their customer service actually tries to help.
Very disappointing experience overall.
scam. they d not send you confirmation emails and take money from your account. when you call they have no record of you signing up. Had to go through my credit card to get the transaction stopped
