OSI provided all of the furniture in our large new school building in Autumn 2025. They were extremely easy to work with both in the pre-sale work helping us get the right specification of furniture for the building and for the installation work. The installation was really smooth with everything put into the positions we had requested and all rubbish was taken away. We could then move straight in and use the building

I have used OSI for furniture requirements for 2 years, and the academy has used OSI for even longer. All of the staff are easy to communicate with, they reply when they say they will, and they provide the service needed. They deliver, build and install furniture. In summer 2024, OSI provided REM furniture for our new hair and beauty salon. They provided CAD plans, were competitive on pricing, and generally made this project much easier. Due to the service levels received, I prefer to use OSI.

We've used OSI for many years, for large refurbishment projects and the day to day small orders the service they give is always fantastic.

Great local service, delivery was next day. Always get our office products and furniture from these guys, they will install onsite if needed and will take furniture to delivery address required. Nothing is too much trouble!
