I have used OSI for many years as a school leader and now as a leader in the voluntary sector. Their service is second to none and the quality of the furniture is always good. I have worked mainly with Gemma since 2009 (eek!) but also with Spencer and Tobi and can't recommend them all highly enough. Excellent customer service and fantastic furniture.

From ordering to the equipment arriving, OSI have always provided brilliant service! They are the best in the area for quality and customer service. Would always use them for our children’s day day nursery furniture!

Working with Gemma and the Team from OSI was a simple and effective process from concept & design of the IT rooms to final installation in 2024. This project provided our students with purpose built IT and lecture rooms, worthy of any F.E. facility, thus preparing them for the journey beyond secondary education.

I have been using OSI for at least 20 years since been a site supervisor in a school. To now been a Facilities Manager. OSI have supported and provided full school installations for me over the years with also interim furniture as and when needed. Furniture is delivered, put into place and any packaging is taken away. Aftersales support is also great and any issues are fully resolved in a timely manager. Tom, Alex and Gemma are a brilliant team with the support of there great office team and cannot forget the warehouse and delivery team.
