Nothing is too much trouble with the amazing guys at Osome, they are polite friendly and very helpful. They answer your questions promptly and its a pleasure to have them as my accountants I would highly recommend them Muhammed Alif is the friendliest and most helpful person I really enjoy working with him on my accounts

I’ve been using Osome for my business accounting and company administration, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service they provide. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and takes a lot of the stress out of managing finances and compliance.

The communication from the Osome team has been excellent — responses are quick, clear, and always helpful. Their accountants and support staff are knowledgeable and proactive, often spotting issues or offering solutions before I even think to ask.

I've been a customer of theirs for over a year. their service has always been bad but the way they're conducting themselves now is unethical. They're slow internally and routinely make mistakes.

I am currently a client with them and they are about to file my taxes late, only after getting a letter from the government saying they have not received my tax return, i followed up them saying whats going on? they responded we need you to confirm some transactions for the return. After all this time nobody reached out to me?????

Now speaking to them is a nightmare super slow replies with only 5 days left to respond to the government!!!

Before even starting with their service they read my message and do not answer anymore, when I told them they have many bad reviews they said was a problem in the past but they have many recent bad reviews, i asked to get a quote about opening a company, they said if i do not open within two months they can not even give me that info.

I do not advise you to create your company with OSOME, real RACISTS WITH WRONG INFORMATION: wanting to make me understand that the Congolese of the DRC do not have the right to create a company in Singapore, a worse lie knowing that we already have good diplomatic relations by the fact that we go there without a visa and many other advantages including the creation of a company

Osome is not awesome at all.

Check all the negative reviews before working with them.

Working with Osome is painful. The money you save working with Osome will cost you x5 more in time wasted with them given how bad everything else is.

1) They make so many mistakes.
They have made 2 mistakes in my financial statements! Can you believe that? They can't even get the basics right. This is a MAJOR RED FLAG.

2) Their people are not trained.
They must be relying a lot on AI tools and cheap staff. As a result, their people don't even know what they are talking about most of the time.

3) They communicate very poorly. They keep using internal jargon yet expect their clients to understand what they are talking about. Their communication is very unclear, across all teams I've worked with.

4) They do not work as one team. Their multiple teams do not speak to each other. You end up having to talk to multiple people, rather than one single account manager and no one takes responsibility for anything. The implication is that I keep having to explain and re-explain everything to all these people.

5) The chat function is slow and cumbersome. They insist on doing everything through chat which takes a lot of time, rather than jumping on a quick call which could simplify everything and take 5 mins.

As a whole, working with Osome is not smooth at all, not hassle-free at all and is a huge time waster. I regret having ever hired them and will no longer work with them moving forward. Not recommended at all.

Osome is aweful terrible service like the one noted before.
With same question a lot of people from different department is asking same question and their service is terrible for high fee charging.
No integrated service.

Osome are incompetent. Deadlines whizz by, communication feels like you’re chatting with a slow AI, and the prices they charge are incredible. I’ve moved to another provider as I’ve had enough. I’ve used them since 2020 and they are awful. I feel sorry for the toxic environment that their low paid serfs have to work in, avoid avoid avoid!

These guys are essentially incompetent and chaotic. Having worked with actual Chartered Accountants in the UK, I wanted to set up an offshore company in Singapore. The incorporation process was simple, but since then, had no end of issues with Osome Singapore in the past 2 years.

Most recently was downgraded on my package without being told, so they told me even though I have received quarterly reports for the past 2 years, I need to upgrade to receive them. After being bounced between about 5 people in the same chat (how anything with Osome works, absolute mess), they realised they messed up and after charging me more, said they would prioritise my management report as it was important for my personal tax situation.

Even after this, waited a week and missed the deadline having said they would do it, so it messed up my personal tax situation.

Zero accountability, expect to speak to 50 people in the course of the first year, no one knows anything about any history on the account, and no one seems to be in charge.

Be aware they are also keeping their costs down by using offshore staff in cheaper countries in Asia (accountants included), so you may not receive the quality advice you would expect if you're used to what you may receive from actual accountants in other countries.

They don't provide any useful insights into tax planning or actual proactive support, just essentially basic book keeping.

I'm stuck in with them now and it's not worth the hassle to change, I'll take it for what it is, but would not recommend anyone else use this service. Pay a little more and get an actual dedicated accountant.

After 3 years, I'm fed up with them. We are in June 2025 and I haven't received any monthly report for the past 5 months. But they keep telling me they are working on it... Pull the other leg.
They miss e-v-e-r-y single deadline: bookkeeping, offshore tax application, profits tax return.

Bookings are slow, financial report generation is also slow. I have to chase them to generate it before the submission deadline to IRAS and they come back to me the day before with issues. I ask them to extend the deadline to follow up with the accounting team but they ignore my request and insist that I approve the document.

If you care about the details of your bookings and do anything that results in capital gains or long term holdings you're in for a ride. They don't ask and you have to chase to get information. Information isn't clear and things change on a yearly basis.

You can lose money in additional taxes because of this.
