I NO LONGER RECOMMEND OSOME.
I used Osome’s services when I incorporated the company in 2021. I used the Accounting and Payroll services. In the beginning, the process and customer services were stellar. It was also great having an app to access my documents, talk to the team, etc.
The experience was great that I even agreed to vouch for them when their Managing Director personally reached out to me to talk about my experience with Osome to potential investors when they were currently raising for another investment round in March 2022. I was happy to do so because I thought highly of their services.
But in 2023, that’s when their quality and service started to drop:
- High employee turnover. Turnover is normal but clearly there was no proper handover as I’ve had to resubmit/re-mention things I’ve already done before.
- Bad and slow customer service. The team was no longer as hands on and helpful.
- Very slow turnaround. I requested for my most recent annual FS for a grant I was applying for expecting that it should have been done around that time of year. This is based on their previous completion time from the previous years. In the end, after numerous back and forths, I submitted the grant application without their management report or FS.
- The said FS was complete way after that. Same FS had errors that were identified by the accountant in the current company I transferred to. To this date, Osome had been very slow and/or unresponsive about this matter. It is currently the time of year to file these documents and they are delaying us big time.
- No proper handover was done from them.
- After telling them I’m not going to renew my subscription, they still charged my card twice and it took ages and follow ups for the refund to be processed.
- My current third party provider also mentioned that there was no common seal affixed to my our certificates even though they adopted ACRA’s model Constitution & Requirement for use of Common Seal. This is a big error that could have been resolved by proper compliance OR they could have not included this requirement in the first place.
I am tired, frustrated, and angry. In no way should a small business owner receive this service with the amount we pay. Please do not use their services if you don’t want headache.

Ruuuuuuuuun mate they are fraud company no service at all missing all due dates they failed to fill tax reports and ask you to do everything and when I requested for a refund they deduct almost half of the amount don't listen to any promises from sales team all fake and most proply they purchased the positive reviews here .you will regret to deal with them

You basically get 0 service once you made the payment. Before the payment is made, the customer service was very attentive, response very quickly, answer all your questions, but dont be deceived by this!! Once you made the payment, you will not get this type of service anymore. I am having trouble with the incorporation and nobody is available to help. I requested a refund for this lousy service and experience encountered during my onboarding process, Customer service said that manager will get in touch with me asap, waited the whole day, nobody contacted me at all. I am still stucked now, not sure when I can incorporate my company, and when the refund will be processed.
Just don’t do it, you will regret forever and it will cost you more when you have to close and set up somewhere else.
The incompetence of this place is beyond belief so why you would trust them with your finances is beyond comprehension. This company was recommended by a friend and I wish it could be reversed. Very diligent until

I couldn't proceed with the incorporation process and Osome provided a full refund. Great experience.
I have been using OSOME UK since 2020 and while (like with any service) there were some glitches/bugs on the app/tech side I always have a dedicated account manager (Gordon) who I can rely on to get it all sorted.
Most importantly:
1. all my accounting and bookeeping is done and submitted on time.
2. for any queries I have - average response time is less than few hours.
I will give it 4 stars as for me a 5-star experience would be an automated system so that I never have to spend a second on accounting (which is not yet available) but as a small business I can't afford a full-time accountant on payroll so OSOME works for me.
Every five star review here and on google is FAKE. This is the most terrible company who DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS.
I have never been so pissed off with any company before. This company will be late for everything but tell you have there will be a fine.
They dont even know what package I signed up for, can’t get my name right, and did not even onboard me for more than 2 months. I didnt have an account manager and their hotline goes to an automatic voice mail every single time of the day.
The ONLY TIME someone called me was when I wrote a ONE STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE. I questioned why I have not spoken to a single accountant since I have signed up and the lady dared to mentioned that it was ME WHO OVERLOOKED.
Everything must be done on their app, they do not call, or text or do anything besides on their app.
Tech is supposed to HELP CUSTOMERS and not enable their own staff to be extremely lazy. There were so many other things that happened, I never had so many delays and fines in my ten years of doing business.
