Never believe any review on this site. I have incorporated and used accounting service of Osome for multiple companies. The are THE worst possible service that you can use. They are not competition in the slightest. They take more than 6 months to prepare a report and are constantly changing staff. DO NOT USE THEM

Echoing other 1-star reviews here, Osome has charged me in advance for services that they have not fulfilled. I have not received a useful response from them since I paid for the extra fees they've charged. They either ignore my message, or reply with a non-answer offering to "check on the situation". I am now worried this might be fraudulent.

Osome in serious trouble… possibly fraudulently
Osome appears to be in serious trouble as a business. DO NOT use them. I started using the Singapore-based service three years ago and to begin with it was great. However it has deteriorated very badly, to the extent where they cannot even process basic information. Apparently they migrated to a new tech platform which seems not to work - and press reports refer to layoffs among the core team. The effects on my business have been disastrous. I provided all documents months ago but they have been unable to complete my accounts on time and now my business has missed the SNG filing deadline, through no fault of my own. Osome have charged me in advance for services which they have not provided so I believe they may be commiting fraud

My interactions with my VAT accountant…
My interactions with my VAT accountant (Onome) have been very informative and the relationship seems to be working, as she gets to understand my business. The issues I have faced, as has Onome is the Osome software can do with some work. May times items have been uploaded but yet she cannot find them in the system. If that can be improved we will see a better score from me.

Great hands off accounting with top notch advice
I have been with Osome for a couple of years and think they have improved a lot since then. In the beginning I think they were going through growing pains and communication was sometimes difficult or delayed.
I think the single best thing about Osome is having access to the accountants. They're by far more knowledgable than your usual run of the mill ones, especially if you're operating a digital business. The accountants have given me advice worth its weight in gold and for this reason alone I highly recommend them.
