Truly awesome Osome!
I've been working with OSOME—Muhammad Alif Rashid—for a few years, and I am thrilled I stumbled upon this company. Mo's diligence, patience, excellent communication skills, and prompt response take away all the 'headache from doing taxes'. I am not sure how Mo does it, but he has an excellent eye for detail, and I am glad I've got someone I can trust with this whole process. I can honestly recommend this company; everyone is polite and efficient, and they always check everything thoroughly. Thank you all!

Disappointing Service and No Accountability
I'm really disappointed with Osome. My experience has been full of issues, delays, and no accountability from their team.
First, I sent all the documents they needed, and they confirmed they got them. Later, they told me the documents were lost because the person handling my case left the company. Seriously, how does that happen?
Then, because of their mistakes, I got a letter from the tax department about an overdue tax amount. By the time I got the letter, it was already too late to do anything about it because of their delays.
I've tried multiple times to fix this and even asked to speak to a manager, but I haven't gotten any helpful responses. Important questions about penalties and the objection process have been ignored. All the support answers have been useless and show zero competency.
Osome’s service has been super inefficient, and their lack of accountability has caused me a lot of stress and potential financial penalties.
I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional support.

I've used Osome for nearly 18 months now and find it a really hassle free/great service. Onome my accountant has been brilliant to work with and is always fast with responses whenever you have a query. Highly recommend

Always Helpful
I have used Osome services for about 10 months. Throughout that time the communication from Osome has been second to none. Reminders of things I had forgotten to do which was great. Unfortunately, I have had to close my company and Osome has helped me every step of the way. A big shout-out to Alif who has the patience of a saint. Would I, or will I, use Osome again? 100% yes. You are talking to a BOT, Everything takes 5 times to the time to do. The staff run around and don;'t do anything and they expact their tech to handle everything and it doesn't. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, Get a company where you can talk to a person that knows what they are doing and not constantly communuicate with BOTS that say they are experts,

Software company, not an accountancy
Took ages. Was told I could close my account after being assured they had everything I need. Had to do a lot of chasing. They missed deadlines. Then asked for lots more such as inventory reports. Couldn't access them after that. Didn't trust their expertise. It's a software company, not an "eCommerce expert" accountancy. Go somewhere else.

Strike-off Delay Cause thousands of dollars bank charges
Disappointing experience with Osome. Poor service and constant changes in personnel accountants lead to mistakes and delays. Our strike-off process has been stuck for 1.5 years with no progress, resulting in unnecessary bank charges. Unreliable and inefficient service.
