Stephanie gave a helpful information about shipping. I can now be reassured that purchases made from the UK will not be subjected to Import tax for orders over £135 as Osprey also delivery will come from the UK for UK customers.

Osprey bags are worth their weight in gold. This is a fantastic company that I would recommend to anyone.
The zip broke after a couple of years of use but thanks to Ospreys lifetime guarantee, I posted it to them and they send it back to me fully repaired within 2 weeks. Amazing service. Can't recommend enough.

I was having trouble with returning an item, the website was sending me around in circles, no phone contact help and an email enquiry I did not receive a response to for several days.
Eventually osprey did respond and it took just a couple of emails for Stephanie to resolve things and turn my experience with osprey from poor to good.

Great experience
I am really happy with my purchase. Even though I have not used it yet the material looks impressive. But what has surprised me most is the support team service. I am overwhelmed with Sara’s, constant help and kindness. She’s been an incredible assistant all along with my doubts and concerns regarding other accessories and she’s been unique and genuine.
Wanting Osprey to know I hope they appreciate Sara as much as I did as its because of people like her that brands become good brands. As I said, she’s a real gem to the Osprey Support team.
Buy Nice or Buy Twice
I now have 4 osprey bag and I can honestly say they are, from my experience, full worth the extra money you pay. Granted, I have always been with this brand, however I am a true believer in buy nice or by twice. I've had bags previously from Highstreet retailers that all end up broken and ultimately in landfill. Recently I was using my Talon 33 for a hiking trip and the hiking pole stowage system broke. The bag is around 5 years old and takes a battering, so I'm not surprised that the plastic clip gave way. I message osprey inline with their 'mighty guarantee' and within 5 days I had replacement parts come through in the post, almost no questions asked. Can't really ask for more than that! Make sure you activate your products warranty and I believe they will look after you. Hopefully this positive experience continues going forwards!

After 25 years of buying sports gear, Osprey wins
After 25 years of buying sports gear, I now have only Osprey backpacks. They have gradually outperformed their competitors IMO.
And they just topped it now with a stellar customer service when the chest strap of one of my backpacks broke.
