Amazing and so worth it!!!!
Finding Oscar and Sam has been a game changer. I had been procrastinating about making the necessary changes. In the past i always had great initial momentum that would just fizzle out. Not anymore. I love our check-ins. I am a retired chef and their meal plans/recipe books are excellent. I love the daily schedules and reminders, they are a huge help particularly to busy people. I have dropped down an entire dress size and built muscle strength in our short time together. Thank you so much!!!

The personalized support is what made this work for me. The meal plan and the check ins were life changing. I looked forward to our check ins and felt like I learned a lot about how to take care of myself and prioritize my well being.
Best Coaches Ever
I already had a coach when I started searching for a new one. I had asked for a sustainable program that I could do for the rest of my life. The original coach seemed to listen but as I worked through my program I started to question him. He put me on a diet under 1200 calories along with 30 minutes of cardio every day but one and a decent strength program. I did it and was not happy. We only spoke once a month and I questioned him. I just got a “follow the program I know what I’m doing” kind of response so I kept going. The slash in diet caused me a terrible Herx reaction and I got terribly ill. I fired my first coach and found Sam and Oscar the first couple of days into my illness. I got really sick for a month. My old coach would not give me a refund so I was paying him and OSR at the same time. It was worth it. Sam and Oscar made a diet for my illness and waited until I got better to start my program. Meanwhile they were coaching me through my illness. Oscar checked in with me each week until I was better. When I was he set me up with a sustainable workout program, food plan and some lifestyle habits that were perfect for me. Oscar changed the way I thought about my body and my lifestyle in a way that made working out and eating healthy, enjoyable, and uplifting. They became friends and part of my family. I can’t say enough about these gentlemen. They will change your life! Bonus-they speak British! 😊

Honestly I had mixed feelings about hiring an online coach. I thought I could only get results from following someone in person. I was wrong!
I had zero motivation to change, I struggle with depression, anxiety and panic attacks and was doing the endless scroll on social media when I came across OSR. “The faster you try to loose weight the more your body will resist change. You need sustainable habits to keep the weight off forever!”
Bingo!!! I followed them right away and watched a few posts and within a few days Sam reached out and asked me some questions. I booked a consult and knew this program would help. My trainer Oscar provided me with a workout plan and a meal plan and for once it was really easy to follow. The meals are designed to mimic what you already eat so you don’t feel like you’re missing out. They provide you with recipe books for easy swaps and I promise you’re not starving you’re eating actual food. The workouts I’ve done so far are easy to follow as well. They give you a video with each exercise to make sure you’ve executed them properly and even have an option for you to video yourself to get their tips on form. Best of all they ask what equipment you have at home so they can taylor the home based workouts for you, instead of watching the gym workouts- which are both an option.
The weekly check-ins are helpful if I have questions and I’m asked how I’m doing overall, physically and mentally, which I’m grateful for. Oscar is available to ask questions along the way and he sends supportive messages also. He seems to know when I need a slight push. Oscar would even look at menus from restaurants I’m going to so he could help me pick something before getting there. I’ve followed their guide to a T and am half way through my program. I’ve lost nearly 20 lbs or 8 kg.
If you’re on the fence jump off and give this program a go. I promise the whole experience is worth it.
Sustainable Lifestyle Change
As any fitness and nutrition plan, I thought I knew everything because I tried "everything" and I just couldn't lose weight. I thought it was possible to lose the 30 pounds I wanted to lose within a month and keep it off. This is simply not true and it took working with Oscar as my coach to realize. How many times I thought I had to eat 1200 calories and workout 5-6 times a week for an hour at a time to see results. Its just not sustainable or realistic for a working mom of 2 toddlers in her mid thirties. Oscar taught me that nothing I ever did worked because it wasn't a sustainable lifestyle for me. I kept failing because I would get burnt out and give up, and repeat the cycle over and over. Once I signed up with OSR and got a workout plan that worked for me and my schedule (just 3x a week for 30-45 mins!) and eating at my appropriate deficit I was consistently losing a pound a week. It took a lot of conversations and reassurance from Oscar that I was making great progress and I will continue to do so as long as I keep up with the realistic lifestyle I have now adapted. I lost 20 pounds in 5 months, something I never thought was possible for me. I cant recommend this program enough. Just trust the process and OSR and you will achieve your goals!
You can do it and you can change old habits
I joined OSR in 2021, the online program suited my busy life and enabled me to keep focused and on track. I lost 2 stone following the meal and exercise plan, and most importantly have kept the weight off! I've found the meal plans take the hassle out of what to prepare, there's always new recipes tailored to my requirements and tastes. Most importantly with Sam's guidance I started to develop my strength and cardiovascular fitness with the individualised training program. This gave me the confidence to use different types of equipment in the gym, buy my own dumbbells and develop which I would not have had the confidence to do. I've learnt so much about strength training and the individualised plan focused on developing strength has helped me to overcome some long-term knee and hip issues. The weekly check in with Sam keeps me accountable and helps to correct poor exercise techniques.
Life changing experience!
My life has completely taken a 180 turn in the most positive way possible since working with OSR Fitness! I started this with a “diet” mentality, and now, just after 6 weeks, I know this is a lifestyle, one of which I have fallen in love with. My coach, Sam, has worked closely with me to make my meal and workout plan perfect for my needs, and continues to do so every day/week. My confidence and self-esteem are at the highest they have been in years. My results are noticeable, physically and mentally! This has been a life changing experience, and words cannot express the gratitude I have for OSR and Sam for opening my eyes to a happy AND healthy life!

Where do I start? I’m not even sure how I found OSR, but I’m so glad I did! It had to be a post that caught my eye that I probably commented on or liked and then the messages from Sam got me. The zoom call, a real person giving real information, I couldn’t pass up this opportunity to learn more.
Enter Oscar…
I’m a post menopausal woman at age 50 and was stuck. I was doing 3 hard workouts a week, eating well and still not losing weight. If anything I was gaining! My first call with Oscar we went over all the things I was doing or not doing; eating, exercising, sleeping, hydration and of course step count! He set up a plan based on the goals we discussed and I agreed that I would do his 3 workouts a week and 1 of my workouts I had been doing. Plus a meal plan! While I don’t follow the meal plan exactly, it’s a good guide to get all the nutrients in my day and keep calories in check. We go over this plan during our weekly zoom calls, what’s working, what isn’t, what could use a little tweak. It’s been a fabulous 8 weeks! He’s taught me many things about weight training, nutrition and most importantly how my step count plays a role in my journey! I’m down a few pounds and am feeling better than I have in a long time. It’s been worth every dollar and every minute I’ve committed to this program.
Fresh Start
I reached out to OSR in December 2023. I was at a point in my life where my exercise routine hit a plateau and I was really struggling with hormonal changes - one of the many effects of perimenopause. I no longer felt comfortable in my body, and nothing I tried was working. I was so lucky to find OSR.
During my initial meeting I knew I was in good hands. Sam was so helpful, he listened to all the challenges I was struggling with and was ready to help me get started feeling better.
OSR has provided me with the proper knowledge about diet and exercise and has motivated me in making progress towards my goals. My weekly check-ins are focused on my overall well-being, which I appreciate so much. The expertise and guidance I have received this far is top notch. My experience with OSR has been fantastic. Everything that was promised was provided, including customized meal plans and workouts. The app provided made everything so easy. My meal plans were based on what I actually liked to eat, and my workouts were based on what I was willing to commit to schedule wise, and the most efficient use of that time to accomplish what I was looking for. My coach Oscar zoomed with me weekly and made adjustments when necessary based on my feedback and progress. However, the best part of this whole experience has been my mindset shift…Oscar helped me eliminate my fear of food, fear of not working out enough and “obsessive” behaviors. Even though I intellectually knew that body composition was more important than pounds on the scale, Oscar has been the only one to get me to trust the process enough to NOT focus on the number of pounds. My body fat percentage has lowered, and my muscle mass has increased, which were my goals to begin with! he helped me totally change my feelings about my self-worth being a direct reflection of the scale. He helped me to understand “balance” and “on the average” in a big-picture way that I finally can put into practice instead of just talking about. He helped me to understand how I really could eat an abundance of food and still be in better shape than when I was in ridiculous calorie deficit! The amount of food I eat daily and the fun I have with my workouts is insane. Needless to say, “highly recommend”.
Weight loss and nutrition program that really works!
I struggled for the past two years to lose weight that I've gained after having my son and also after having meniscus surgery. I came across OSR in Instagram and liked what Oscar and Sam had to say about thier program and decided to give it a try. In 5 months I have lost 22 pounds and I feel great! They are so informative and helped me have a better relationship with food and helped me learn about nutrition! The program really works and I really appreciate how attentive they are when it comes to what the client needs and answer any question I had regarding them program, such as what's not working for me or if I needed to change anything in my food plan. Overall I have had such a wonderful experience with OSR Fitness! I've used personal trainers before but never had the best experience like I do with OSR. OSR makes you feel like family 😊. I would recommend this program to anyone who is not only looking to lose weight but to learn nutrition and health for the long term, not a short term fix.
