Really serious results - well worth the investment

I have struggled with weight throughout my life and my weight has yo-yoed. As I approached the age of 40, my weight gradually crept up and despite any measures I could not maintain a stable weight let alone lose any. I ate what I considered to be a healthy diet and restricted what I considered to be detrimental for my health and weight. I also kept active working out 3-4 times per week mostly cardio. kept looking in the mirror and disliking what I saw, the stubborn muffin top just kept growing.
I have always been sceptical of “weight loss” programmes and browsed through many. I had seen people lose weight through restrictive dieting such as cutting out all carbs but realistically I knew I could not do that and it was not sustainable. I am a busy working mum and I was seeking something that could easily fit into my schedule. Then I found the OSR team and after an initial consultation with them, I thought let’s give it a go and that was the best decision I have made. OSR has coached me into a new way of life. I have a better understanding of nutrition and physical activity and I truly believe the changes I have made can be sustained for years to come if not lifelong. Alongside that all, I have lost just over 16lb in 3 months and the muffin top has largely dissolved! I feel great too and love the way my body is changing.
The team at OSR have been great throughout. They are very supportive and always at hand to respond to my questions. I love that everything is tailored to my needs and lifestyle. The weekly meetings keep me motivated and on track. I look forward to continuing my journey with the OSR team and to seeing the level I can take this to.

Life changing investment awaits

Being a woman and a mum I felt now more than ever that my fitness and energy levels needed to be a priority. Through exhaustion and sleep deprivation I had slowly become addicted to sugar as a way to cope, which was affecting my blood sugar levels and I felt ashamed about how I looked and bleak about how to change in regards to what I was feeding myself and my kids.
My posture was awful post pregnancies and I felt very low about my physical fitness and strength .
Oscar helped educate me about nutrition, supplying me with a personalised meal plan, full of things I and my family loved to eat and were simple and easy to build into my daily life. Oscar taught me better ways to manage my sugar addictions and gave me home workouts I could do around my kids and work routines. I was sceptical about how this could work for me long term but the workouts and meal plan were easy to follow and have made such a difference to every aspect of my life and self esteem.
This is definitely a lifestyle I can keep going with and I’m so glad I invested in the OSR program. I’ve spoken about doing it every year as a MOT/ gift to myself to continue to build my fitness, nutritional education and esteem. The personal coaching is key to implementations and helped me keep on track, not allowing my lack of confidence sabotage me. Very grateful customer 😍

Incredible Meal and workout plan

I'm very impressed by the professionalism by the team.They crafted the meal plan and workout plan according to my needs and lifestyle.Team was always on top of things.They always provided me answers in seconds whether it was related to how to perform certain exercise or meal replacement. They made my life easy bow I don't have to think what I've to eat and what I've to workout.I will highly recommend to busy professionals who wants to achieve their fitness goals.

Just the best

Hi. I’ve been working with Oscar for about two years. I originally started with him to look at and improve my diet as I did not really have a clue. On this he has been amazing and helped educate me in eating better and in a way that is easy to understand and follow so a massive thumbs up for that. Recently we are also looking at weight training and training for an ultramarathon. Loving the weight ms programme. Really love them to be honest. Again really interesting and fun. I’m very hard work on the ultramarathon side as I really don’t want to do it and only doing to because my friends talked me into it but he’s kept me motivated and accountable during our weekly updates and fair play I’m running and improving.

All in all can’t recommend Oscar and OSR enough. Thank you 🙏

They are so supportive and encouraging, understanding knowledgeable I can’t recommend highly enough.
I feel like a nee woman.
Everything is tailored to my I feel like an individual not just one of many.
I’ve done complex mobility issues but my physical health and mental health has improved 100%

Working with Sam at OSR has been…

Working with Sam at OSR has been amazing! He is very hands-on daily with my food and exercise. I’ve already lost 35 pounds and almost to my goal weight. He’s changed my life and health and the entire time I haven’t felt deprived or on a “diet”.

Best Decision I Made... for ME!

I definitely recommend OSR Fitness Training with Oscar & Sam. I know this type of online personal training can seem skeptical at first glance, but every part of my experience has been professional, and beneficial for my own personal goals and needs. Every part of the program was customized for me, and even as I tried different exercises I found there were some that were causing pain. And without issues or questions asked, Oscar made adjustments week by week. This way my body was in peak performance with every workout, and every exercise.
When you hear these guys say no restrictions, it is true! Well... within reason, and that is based on the meal plan and calorie count you can consume. I could fit in and eat any of my favorite foods, especially as long as I tweaked and skimmed on my other meals. The meal plan, and food journal taught me how and which foods were the most beneficial to facilitate my weight training program. As long as I was working out, and doing cardio, prior to this training, I was making zero progress, because I had little to no guidance and education on nutrition and how it really could help me reach my goals. I now realize, and know I could proceed and make better food choices on a daily basis which would help with continued success of reaching any goals.
One of my most amazing results was to my long term suffering of migraine headaches. I have had them over 20 years, with little success at reducing the frequency of them. However with several collaborative factors, which includes the nutrition on this program, I have not had a single migraine headache in over 2 months. This is remarkable, as it has never happened since I have been getting them, in the last 20 years! That alone is a reason to keep doing things in a similar fashion as I proceed. I would often say, I would do anything to not experience the migraines, and following a program which improves my health, and quality of life on a daily basis has been priceless. Not to mention the changes in my body!!
I didn't sign up for training to turn into a bodybuilder. I wanted to get stronger, and leaner to feel more confident in my body. Before, I couldn't do simple yoga poses, like side planks without falling over, so strength training was important to me. I hit the weights hard, pushing myself every week, and as far as upper body goes, I have doubled the amounts of weights I can lift!! Plus, I did a test run on planks after a few months, and without shaking and ready to give out, I was able to do a 4 minute plank without even feeling it!
Ok, I know, I have said a lot here, but I need to be honest to help anybody who might be on the fence about signing up for a program like this. I have had terrific results that I am happy about, and that have changed my life. But I think the most important thing to say to any potential clients is how you need to make the decision, before signing up that you are committed to making the changes needed to get the results you love that will benefit your health and confidence.

OSR changed my life :-)

I started my fitness journey with OSR in June 2022. Although I had always previously been in decent health, COVID, Working from Home and a sedentary lifestyle had left me badly out of shape and lacking in energy and motivation. I started with a 6 week plan after speaking with Sam to try and change my direction. The early morning starts for Bootcamp were tough but you soon get into them and Sam and Oscar are massively encouraging (at the same time as pushing you!) and the group dynamic really helps to motivate you. I've now switched to online training but the results have still been brilliant. Sam has provided me with tailored diet plans to help try and reach my target and in the last few months I have lost around 20 pounds, without having had to do any heavy gym work with weights etc, all just based on the HIIT workouts and diet. But more then the just physical changes, my mental state is so much better too as a result. I can't recommend OSR highly enough, give them a try and you won't be disappointed!

Great, supportive team

Having tried lots of ways to get fitter and healthier, I have finally found one that is working! Oscar and Sam are friendly, supportive and knowledgable. I'm learning new ways to become more healthy and am enjoying being on this journey rather than just focussing on the end goals.

Joining OSR fitness has been a great learning experience for me

When I joined OSR fitness, I wasn’t sure how this weight loss journey is going to be for me as it was remote/ online. However, Sam and Oscar are great, they’ve set up this fitness program which anyone can follow easily from anywhere. What I liked about their program was that it is not just about diet or just exercise to lose weight. It is about combination of good diet and exercise and also, establishing a good routine. Oscar, my trainer worked closely with me to motivate every step of the way on this journey of changing my lifestyle and be healthier. I have learnt so much from him and his words of encouragement has helped me stick through the plan to achieve my goals.

Great Experience

I had a very positive experience. I was skeptical being everything was on-line but Oscar took the time to find out my goals and my schedule. Being a busy single mother of 3 high schoolers it was hard to find time to get a workout in and focus on getting me to a better place physically and mentally. Oscar was in tune on what worked best and I have been consistently working out 3x/week since I started in October. I don’t believe I would be here if it weren’t for Oscar. Thank you!

Motivating and easy to work with

Oscar and Sam are so motivating and easy to work with. Oscar is my coach, and he understands the demands of parenting and my busy work schedule. He pushes me to get the workouts in and increase my activity level while not making me feel like I’ve failed if I didn’t complete everything in the week or if I cut a workout short. He listens to why I say, answers my questions, and teaches me about nutrition. Together we are setting and reaching my goals.
