cufflink broken and no reply from replacement request
I gave the cufflinks from order 435422 to my husband for our 30th anniversary. He loved them. He wore them 2 times and one of the broke. I went online to file a replacement order the week of December 1 and have heard nothing back. That is what went wrong.
I emailed the company after submitting this review explaining what I wrote. I promptly got a reply about a replacement pair being sent at no charge. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! Way to turn this around OTAA!!!!!!!

I ordered what I thought were refolded pocket squares, what T got was 4 squares of unknown fabric that are a pain in the ass to fold. In the states we call this false advertising.

We truly appreciate you sharing this with us. To clarify, OTAA doesn’t offer pre-folded pocket squares in our collection. All our designs come in traditional flat squares, allowing you to choose your preferred fold for various outfits and occasions.
We also have helpful step-by-step guides on how to fold pocket squares. They can take a couple of tries, but once you get the hang of it, they become damn easy (speaking from personal experience) 👌
