Almost perfect, but still pleased
Fast, simple and easy. The price was fair. Only issue is that for packaging they use the small air bag things for protection of the figure boxes. This unfortunately tends to bend or slightly damaged figure boxes. Would much prefer if they used paper or more bubble wrap to protect figures for when in transit. Otherwise a great experience.

Purchase from the US during pandemic
Handling time was VERY long due to the current pandemic but the free upgrade to DHL shipping to the US was a great perk and probably saved me around $15-20. Once shipped the package arrived with a lot of packing and very fast. Customer service was great and friendly. One of the few websites that offer a call in window. First call was dropped after 7 min but the second went through after around 5 min.

They try to mitigate bad packaging but sometimes that doesn't even work so ended up with a second broken figurine which I'm kind of sad about.

I was skeptical at first but...
I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of Otaku Square before, and I was also concerned that international shipping to the US would be too expensive. I'm glad I pulled the trigger! My Musashi figure arrived (well-packed!) a lot faster than I imagined, and for a great price. Would highly recommend to fellow otaku!
