Absolutly incompetent. They work with sub-contractors and have no control over what is going to be installed, and when and how.
No quality control, no support.
The workers coming to work on the roof did not respect any of the safety rules while working on the roof. They did not clean the roof tiles before installing the panels. They left garbage behind. They took the shortest way to pull their cables, creating a cable mess in the basement.
No that my panels and battery are installed, I cannot connect it to the Shine Phone app and I am trying to get support for this for more than a month now.
Don't work with them, it's not worth the trouble!

The process went smooth from signing the contract to installation of the solar panels. The installation date is a perfect timing where sun are shining. Information services are good and well. I give them a two-thumbs up!

Now, the current production output is delivering what has been in the contract.

I have installed Solar energy on my roof in september 23. The installation looks very unfinished on the wall and the work is just not neatly done. I have not gotten any information on how it works.

I have two installations of solar panels. On our garage I have 12 panels on east side and the same on west side of the roof, totals of 7kw from summer 2018.
In may 2022 another 6kw of solar panels was installed, 9 panels on west side and 6 panels on east side. These panels produced enough electricity so I did not pay any bill from may december, just for the months january, february and march.
Due to high electricity prices I have used a considerable amount of wood in our fireplace.
I am very satisfied with Otovo and the solar panels.

Very god information all the way. Exellent service. The installation without any problem, and they cleen up after. We can not find anything to complain about.

I sign a contract to install solar panels back in Aug 2022. It is now Mar 2023, and nothing has happened yet.

When I ask for updates, most requests go unanswered. And the few times that they do answer, they keep saying it will happen anytime soon.

Now I don't want to deal with them anymore, but they'll charge to get out the contract. There should be a expiry date. I can't wait forever.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had.

Every aspect of the process, from first contact to finish, has worked great. Very easy accessible communication and support along the way.
