They were efficient , friendly knowledgable and promptly responded all of my questions, Alison, Michelle and Georgie all made this a good experience as a buyer and can heartily recommend them!

I was supported through the whole selling process by the Kings Heath team (Georgie, Michelle, and Alison) whose knowledge proved invaluable, acting as an intermediary between all parties. Their communication levels were exceptional, offering a friendly and professional approach. I would recommend the Kings Heath team to any potential buyers as they fully understand the local market and are passionate about the individual, rather than just another sale!

Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off.
As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was.
We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale.

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.

Fantastic support from Michelle and georgie especially Michelle from start to finish the communication the responses and the support I was given was second to non they made my purchase much easier with there support Michelle will do anything to help you all I can say is fantastic would highly recommend.

Michelle and team were extremley honest and communicated well. They made me feel supported at the time of selling my house (as we all know selling a house isn't the easiest thing to do). The photos & advert they did of my place were extremely well done. Managed to get a great buyer within a month! I trusted them with my house keys when I moved away and I really felt like my property was in good hands. Fees were reasonable as well. My parents sold their house through them a year before me and I would recommend them to anyone I know who's selling! Thank you for being incredible.

From our first meeting through to the advice on photos and the final listing, it was clear that Oulsnam’s professional approach is ahead of the competition. Georgie Cole, their Senior Valuer, was particularly helpful in keeping the chain together. She was proactive and a consistently friendly voice at the end of the phone, which gave me a lot of confidence whenever I had a query.

The listing itself looked great, and her recommendation of a video tour instead of a 360 tour worked well to show the property's proportions accurately. Georgie is knowledgeable on the locality, and her commitment was evident when she helped me clear the space for photographs and kept things moving with the sellers' legal team near the end. I’ve already recommended them to a passer-by who saw the sign outside, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for their hard work.

Great experience with Kings Heath branch, dealing with Georgie made what was a problematic move very easy, definitely recommend local estate agents who knows the local territory !
