Leanne and the team did a great job helping us through a very stressful time moving my Mother to a care home. The sale of our Mother's house and purchase of a new property for my Step father all went very smoothly

As a conveyancer I deal with a LOT of estate agents - some of them are great, some not so much. Leanne Fletcher at Arden is definitely one of the first sort. It's been a pleasure dealing with her recently on a transaction that ended up being rather more complicated than it needed to, she was very proactive and helpful throughout and managed the chain with aplomb. We had some laughs along the way too which is always good. I hope we meet again!!

We’ve just sold our house through Arden and couldn't be happier with the service. Can’t fault our experience with Arden’s at all, we sold and bought our house through Arden’s and they were incredible. They were so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions I had! I would especially recommend Nina, Kelly & Katie who were amazing throughout our whole housing journey! They ensured we were kept up to date at all times and worked tirelessly to get us the correct information from solicitors or others when we needed it! 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼

Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started.
They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price.
On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

Especially enjoyed using the online features for adren so I could put an offer in and track other houses i had viewed.

From start to finish our experience with Arden estate agents Redditch has been superb. Every member of the team has been very helpful throughout the entire sale process. We sold our house back in July. Pete came out to give us some information initially and did a great job of getting it on the market quickly. Pete did this alongside his colleagues who came to take excellent pictures of the property which without a doubt helped sell it quickly. Amy was our most constant point of contact and I can’t rate her highly enough. Lots of phone calls and some really good advice along the way.
