During my shopping I had a problem with the payment. I wrote to the webpage and they answered really quickly trying to fix the issues. It took a few days and various e-mail exchanges but during the process the persons that took in charge were always willing to provide solutions with a very fluid communication. So, my customer experience was very good.

Scam! Stay away
I have been scammed from one of the fault advertisement on Facebook. It linked with this merchandise and they started charging me without my consent.
I contacted them to cancel the subscription and I still received email my account will be charged in 3 days, despite the cancellation!
The support said there rules is a 14 days to process a cancellation, during these times you will still get charged. Seriously SCAM!
But if you are reading this meaning you are probably one of the victims already. I doubt the actual thing even exist and they even have real products selling.

My husbands bank was debited money out of his account on 4 different occasions. I came on here to find out who took it as he said he didn’t know . It is a scam will be calling the bank tomorrow. Took around £40 out of his account. We are a large family of 8. I have chronic health problems and we both aren’t working because of it. So cannot afford this
