Unable to fulfil orders

I placed an order with our cuffs on Feb 7th. Hoping I might get lucky, and receive the bracelet for Valentine's day. They took the money from my account that day. I received the delay email almost immediately. two weeks later, I received another Email from them saying I needed to pay a further $7 shipping. Although I queried this (they were happy to take the initial order) I did eventually pay the extra shipping, though they never explained fully why their original price was incorrect. In the hope it may arrive for my wife's Birthday on the 8th March. The next day received yet another delay email.

It is now 13th March, some 5 weeks after placing my order, and there has been no further communication from them. I notice most people say there is no tracking details ever given. I do wonder if the goods are ever dispatched at all.

It is a real shame, as the goods offered from this company look really interesting and unique. Sadly, I cannot recommend them as a company, as the plethora of 1-star reviews show that they are incapable of satisfying their orders.

We attempted to give the company the benefit

We attempted to give the company the benefit of the doubt after the first attempt at purchasing a couple bracelets for Christmas delivery. They were ordered the first of December and immediately received the high volume message. We took that in stride but near the end of January the tracking showed it had been in Chicago for over a month without movement. I had to get PayPal to investigate and refund my account because all we got from Ourcuffs (Selena) was she would check with the IN charge and get back to me. Never happened. But liked the product enough to try and order again. So ordered early February and it still has not shipped and after 4 attempts to get a response I tried to contact them through their web page. Nothing there. Posted a negative review on their Facebook page thinking it would get their attention. It did they removed in within a few minutes. So bottom line is they are NOT a company you should do business with period. No contact other than a canned response once, No tracking. no product and so far no refund. Stay away from them. I will also file a complaint with the BBB.
As you can see by the scripted response below this company still mis leads. They state they looked into it with the shipping department to find out where they went wrong.... Then state they need my order number and last name to look into it. As stated above in the origional post I had provided them with that info on multiple occasions including the mckenzie@ourcuffs email prior to posting here and on FB and did not get a response. This reply is another way to try and make themselves look like they care. If that was the case I would not have needed to make these posts.

I ordered back in November

I ordered back in November. STILL have not received my order. I’ve emailed and keep getting excuses from “Selena” that fedex needs my contact number. They won’t give me a refund and keep asking me to be patient with them during these trying times. REALLY?!! It’s been basically 5 MONTHS!!

Did not receive refund

I’m very disappointed by the whole experience with this company. I placed my order in 28 Jan. They didn’t inform me that they do not ship to my address until I emailed them after 2 weeks. Then they told me on 12 Feb that they will proceed to issue a refund. But it’s over 2 weeks now and I still have not received my refund! And I emailed them and also messaged them via fb several times to follow up, and no further response. I have no idea when can I receive my refund.

They advertise as an American company…

They advertise as an American company and promises 3-day delivery out of the U.S...all BS, the minute you place the order you'll get a notification saying that due to a high volume your order will be shipped longer than usual. I've placed mine on 2/9, it's 2/16 and not even a tracking number. Their CS is never available, and they don't reply to any emails.
NEVER AGAIN !!!

Ordered 2 cuffs on the 2nd of February…

Ordered 2 cuffs on the 2nd of February adding the priority process option (cost extra money), which states that adding this option will expedite the process and will be ship within 48h from placing the order.
Today the 14th of February and I haven't got a confirmation for shipping yet. This means they haven't made the cuffs yet.
I have sent 4 emails to the customer support mail, got one generic replay that all orders are processed within 2-5 days and shipping takes 5-6 days.
so even within the regular processing, we are behind the schedule.
If there is a holdup in the process why would you let people still pay the extra money for a service that you can't provide?

I ordered 2 cuffs on January 4tn. Today is February 5th, and I still haven't received them. I have called and emailed them many times and can't get a response. I'm on a fixed income and it was very hard for me to pay for these. Yet they can't return an email or a phone call. Won't refund my money. I'm very unhappy and frustrated with this company.

So Disappointed

I ordered 2 cuffs for my boyfriend amd I and have received nothing no tracking number, no follow up emails. I’m so beyond disappointed and angry. I’ve spent $104 when in reality I should’ve spent $70 for the exact same items. So trusting and cannot even contact the business to find out what’s going on!

Simple Idea, Look Nice. Reliable Service.

Saw the advert on Instagram and took a plunge it's been a few months since the order arrived and still very happy.
Painless transaction and it is good quality. Certainly for the price anyway.
Such a simple idea but it worked a treat. In the missus' good books for ages.
