Excellent band that captures the coordinates of where my daughter was born! I love that it’s simple and beautiful and I never have to take it off. 10/10!

paid extra for shipping still havent receive pkg. no customer service

Not happy with the company at all. Ordered a bracelet for my partner for our 1 year anniversary (Jan 22nd) back in November. Right away I noticed that paypal used my old address as my shipping address. I noticed this and emailed the company right away (same day as my order), to which I received a reply from their resident customer service email named "Selena" who assured me that my address had been updated.
Well a month passes and I still have not received the bracelet, I email "Selena" again and am told that the address had not been changed in time. So I tracked the package and sure enough, it had been delivered to the wrong address, but it took a month to arrive, so why didn't it get changed when I was told it was changed?? I was basically told "too bad, so sorry" and have stopped receiving replys from the company.

**Update**
As you can see from the company's reply below, they asked that I email them (provided an email address) to correct the situation.

I emailed them (to the provided email address) on January 27th and they have yet to reply to the email or the follow up email (2/4/21). All I have asked is for a refund of the product that I did not receive and they are completely ignoring the emails that I have sent to their customer service email.

Do NOT use this company, there are a lot of better options out there.

I surprised my fiancé with our cuffs for Memorial Day Weekend. We are getting married 12/31/2020!!! Looking forward to celebrating ourselves and the end of 2020. We unfortunately had to reschedule to 12/31/2022 due to COVID19, but we are still so excited to wear our cuffs each day.

I look forward to putting on my memory bracelets in the morning. Depending on the occasion or my mood defines which bracelet I wear.
I am a writer and recently had one made with the title of my new book on it as well as the publication date. It gets a lot of attention! I will do this for every book from now on.

I have purchased a few of the cuffs and have to say both the recipients and myself are over the moon with them - such a fabulous idea and the quality is great ( I wear mine all the time including in the shower!) all meticulously packaged ready to be gifted.

I purchased three cuffs and one necklace so far.. and I’m telling you I’m in love with these cuffs like it’s been over 6 months since I bought them and first they haven’t change their beautiful gold colour and I wear them every single day I don’t even remove them.. I will say that these cuffs and the necklace were worth my money and I will continue to purchase their products.

I purchased 2 cuffs and am delighted with them! I initially bought one and inscribed my sons birthday on it and then I bought one for myself to celebrate me and being comfortable in my own skin. This jewelry is the “cutest lil reminders” for your wrists! I look down and smile often....

I have purchased 2 cuffs. One in honor of my Mom who passed in May and one in support of Covid front line workers. Both came very quickly and just as advertised!

I received the cuffs very quickly and loved them. They beautiful and excellent quality. I got them with coordinate of where I met my fiance.

I bought two cuffs for me and my wife with the locations of where each of our Dads are burried (san martin for hers, Dominican Republic for mine) it was as easy as going to google maps and get those location coordinates, put them up
on the website and good to go!!! customer service was amazin with me, i made a mistake and chose the wrong coordinates (wrong cemetry) i emailed them the correct cordinates and got a response like two days later telling me they were going to
fix that and send it with the right coordinates. Im in france and got i really really quick compared with other shippings from the united states ive gotten before. My wife is happy, im

Not a company I am going to recommend. I should know better than to deal with a company with no phone number for customer support, stock replies is all you get, I ordered coordinating bracelets for Christmas it is now Christmas Eve and I’ve received nothing the delivery app is a joke when you put in my number all you get is awaiting results and it’s been over two weeks had to go out today to get other gifts Christmas Eve shopping is not fun
If they do arrive after Christmas they’re being sent back and I’ll let American Express fight it out. Not Happy!

Don’t waste your money! What a scam! Ordered over 3 weeks ago, they took my money right away but never received the bracelets. Now I have no Christmas gifts! Tracking info says order arrived from China in New York weeks ago but never made it any further.....

I ordered two, and surprised my boyfriend. They fit great and we love them! Great reminder of our Place!!! Love these!!!

I ordered bracelets for Christmas and have not received yet. I have e-mailed several times for tracking info and the only tracking I see is that my order comes from China and was received in Chicago 3 days ago. After that, guess it disappeared.

I bought the coordinates cuff bracelet. Quality/price ratio is high enough. Engravings will remain no matter what. You can keep while having shower, no problems.
