I ordered a lot of furniture @furnaround.com. There were some minor problems, but they were resolved in an instant. They even offered a discount for a new order of chairs. E-mail is replied in a few hours, sometimes even minutes. All in all great service and cool furniture at low prices.

I had to contact the customer service to have an update of my shipment because on the expected day of delivery I didn't have either an email notifying the delay or the email with tracking code. The customer service was excellent as they replied back immediately, giving me my tracking number.
The products are well refined and very nice, but in the box the instructions for assemblying one chair was missing (anyway it was so easy that I actually didn't need it).

- The process should be smoother and actually you shouldn't feel the need to contact the customer service at all

Took telephone contact to change my order for a more swift delivery. Very helpful support and flawless change of order without much ado. Great!

The eames chairs were delivered within a few days, the quality is very good and the contact with the helpdesk (for speeding up the delivery) was to the point, friendly and solution oriented. In the future I will certainly purchase from Furnaround again.

My choice: Eiffel black Italian. Furnaround back office assisted swiftly with placement of order. Conditions incl payment conditions are very good. Furnariound kept me well informed about status of order and the product arrived as promised.. Well done!

Order, pay en quick service is what I expected. That is what is a customer wants and furnaround accomplished this.

I can/would recommend Furnaround to all my friends/family or people who want to by "vintage" design at affordable prices.

It was a relief to see the price from Furnaround. In Holland is the price to 150 % higher. Distance is no problem. We are happy.

Really everything is ok!. fast delivery, good communication, good product, good enough price. The price is the only factor that kept me from giving 5 stars. Googling around it was pretty easy to find a cheaper (and further just ad good) shop.

At first I was very content about the above. Than there was a misunderstanding about my payment, yes or no. After I send an email saying I did pay and shortly after that I received an excuse and was told they made two payments for one order. So correction is needed in the communication internely I think. The delivery was good and my son was very happy with my present. :-)
