Items missing and poor customer service
When received my delivery, 1 item was not delivered. don't know if that was out of stock or other reason but never received it. Otherwise all ok! I contacted on the website live chat - and they even did not reply to my chat message. very disappointing as the first time experience

Parcel arrived 2 days later. UPS services used. We also bough a cake and it arrived a bit squashed, but we managed to save it.

Everything I ordered came much quicker than I expected, super amazed by that! One thing to keep in mind though, make sure you’re there to collect the parcel, especially if you get frozen goods, they defrost fast, even with the nice frozen packets that come with it.
