I didn't apply or requested a service, membership or whatever this company offers.
When I brought it to their attention. They were very helpful and professional in their customer support.

Run away from ourkidswears. Crooks.
I paid for an unwanted hiden membership.
I asked for unsubscribing few minutes later.
They received the money anyway.
Now they instruct me to give a 5 stars evaluation if I want to be reimbursed. Thieves.

I was surprised when I found out I had a subscription at ourkidswears.com as I didn't know the company before. However, Nela of the escalation team was helpful in solving the issue.

What is this company doing well or not

The fact that when I send a message on the chat there was an immediate response. that for me was very good service. And my case was understood and attended to. and also, they remined me to respond so I can get my refund.

Great communication from KAI with finalizing the cancellation and refund. I did not utilise any features of this company and its products that’s why I cancelled
