I swapped over in February. I had no issues with other suppliers I just wanted to stop having to shop about each month and stabilise with 1 company who I could call on if I needed advice or how to continue properly whilst on Mounjaro.

When I went up from 2.5mg to 5mg last year I was really poorly. (Whilst I know now I am really sensitive to increase dosing so I just have to go up in 1.25mg increments and not 2.5mg) . But when I was so ill I contacted my pharmacist, they 'didn't know anything about Mounjaro or it's side effects' I then contacted my gp, who 'didn't know anything about it or it's side effects' I then called 111 where I was spoke to an out of hours gp who... Yes they 'don't know anything about it or it's side effects' they all advised me to go to a&e.
But before I wasted their time I called them first. I was handed over to a nurse who said she was unsure so she went to get an a&e Dr. I spoke to said Dr and guess what 'they knew very little about it and didn't know much about the side effects' I was advised to go to my gp the following day & be referred to an endocrinologist!
This blew my mind and left me scared as I knew there was no primary or secondary care that seemed to know how to help. I tried speaking with my supplier at the time and they told me to use reddit or fb.

Now I have moved over to Oushk they have a fantastic support. Not only do you have access to video calls should you want them but they are reliable and friendly and any questions are usually answered within the hour when emailed.
I feel comfortable with the mutual trust we have and happy they stick to the guidelines too as many dont.

I now know my monthly orders are taken care of. My weight journey is monitored safely. I have help should I need it and I have the added bonus of the support from their fb group and the fb messenger chat too. Although I wish they would have a general chat group instead of just the maintenence group chat as not everyone wants to open themselves up to a fb group.

My ONLY negative is for some reason their needles seem a little more stabby & owie than others but I bought a box of my own a while back so it is no major stress!

Quick delivery start to finish. Only reason for 4 starts not 5 is the woolcool bag it came in was big and the one ice block was floating around the bag with the product but there was too much spare room for it to be next to the box. It was questionable that the product had been kept cold. Med express pack in a box with no room for movement and use two ice blocks.

Bad experience and not a good service!!!! . I have changed to oushk from my other provider because of the support element. I am on 7.5mg and about to start my 2nd pen. I have not been offered any support at all with Oushk. I’m feeling a bit disappointed and disheartened. Not that it’s a big deal at all but I didn’t get the measuring tape with my order either. It’s just not really showing me any consistency with Oushk.
I am so sorry if this comes across as negative but I am just a bit upset! It’s a lot of money to pay out every month for a prescription which should be getting monitored. I’m not sure if I will continue with this provider.

Oushk are an absolutely amazing pharmacy, they treat all their members with the upmost respect. I moved to Oushk in February the service I have received is second to none any queries you have are dealt with almost straight away. Hira the head pharmacist is so full of weight loss information and passes it all on to the members by doing lives on FB page also on what’s app which is a great help on your weight loss journey. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough ,I feel so comfortable and safe getting this medication from them. I know if I have any problems I can email or call and my problem will be dealt with.

Great company! Gave me lots of advice before sending injections! Lots of advice on website and medication if you suffer any side affects! Supporting group on Facebook which Oushk pharmacy answer any questions! Feels very personal! Highly recommend

I ordered my weight loss I jab from these after hearing great reviews when my old provider was not getting orders out for 2+ weeks I ordered off here 3 days later my injection is in the fridge at home! I have looked on the account and love how to can track weight pre order injections and so on it’s honestly been amazing

First purchase with this company. Very impressed. Buying online was really easy. Replies to my emails were prompt and changes to my prescription were swiftly dealt with. Package arrived on day expected. Would recommend.

This is my 1st time changing pharmacies, I was worried about it. However the website was easy to navigate, I was emailed to ask for an update photo and my id was checked. I received a quick response and my delivery arrived by RM on my chosen delivery day. I've still a few stone to lose, but im glad I moved to Oushk, as they also offer a choice of maintenance plans.

I've been with Oushk now since the beginning of the year, having ordered my first couple of pens from another Pharmacy. What drew me to Oushk was the personal touch that they seem to apply to all their customers; you really feel you are part of the Oushk family, with the owners, including Hira (Head Pharmacist) taking the time to engage on their support group. She even does FB lives which are so informative and supportive. Communication with them is always prompt and helpful, from changing dates on orders to amending the strength of pens. Oushk's customer service is second to none. They aren't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive by a long way but their customer service is invaluable and so reassuring. They are an amazing company who support you wherever you are in your journey.

Hira Malik, the co-founder and lead prescriber, made it for me. The care she shows, for us on mounjaro, is just exceptional! I went through several different providers but none felt like Öushk. I want to stay on a glp1 for life so a good provider is top priority to me.
Today, out of nowhere I received a call from Hira just checking up on me. I felt really cared for and for that, I want to say thank you Hira.💖

I have recently bought my second dose of Mounjaro from Oushk. Great prices compared to some of the other sellers. You also get a nice little pack with information, a tape measure, extra needles etc with every order, so they definitely go beyond expectations when comparing to Asda.

I was skeptical because I’d never heard of them before but wow absolutely amazing. Literally the service and support offered by Oushk is second to none. The founder herself interacts with everyone and makes it so personable. Would highly recommend.
