I am EXTREMELY impressed with not only your customer service but the condition of the jacket I ordered and received.
The jacket (a NorthFace triclimate jacket) was the only one I could find online. I had previously owned and lost the same jacket a few years ago and loved it so much, I just wanted to get another one. I had no luck finding it until I stumbled upon your website during an internet search. Thankfully you had in stock the exact color and size I was looking for.
The jacket arrived in better than described condition. Its condition was labeled as “pristine”. The descriptions of the labels on your website say “pristine” are unused products but without tags. The jacket that arrived is clearly unused, indeed in pristine, like-new condition and even has the tags. It’s perfect!
I’d like to thank you for your kind customer service assisting me with a credit to my account for a deeper discount that I accidentally neglected to add to my order and then delivering a product that was so much better than expected!
I will be recommending your company to my circle of friends and family.

While shopping for a difficult-to-find item, the ordering system refused to ship to my location (Hawaiʻi). The Out&Back Outdoor customer service worked to figure out which variation of my address would be accepted by the platform.

I’ve had a few orders now with Out&Back Outdoor, and have had great experiences so far! Of the items I’ve ordered, all but one were in great condition as described and fit well. The one item I received that had some damage and the support team called and emailed me within the hour, and promptly processed the refund. The business model and great customer service can’t be beat.

I've purchased from Outandback twice in the past. Bought some ski gear and sunnies. I love that they give lightly owned items a new life and also sell well known brands at great prices and new condition.

Their customer service is top notch. I received a pair of defective glasses and they very quickly sent a return label and shipped out the replacement super fast. Unfortunately there were a couple minor hiccups on both sides but customer service was quick to respond to any inquiries and resolved the matter as quickly as possible. I always felt taken care of and never in the dust which I feel is the norm for most ecommerce companies.

Out&BackOutdoor was a great experience! Unfortunately it got lost in the mail which USPS has messed up before. Zach, the Customer Service Manager handled our problem w ease, promptness & understanding. I tried to reorder the item but it was no longer available so Zach took care of it. It’s really too bad they didn’t have it because I would love to give them my business! I guess I’ll keep shopping until I have something else for me. Thank you again for making a frustrating issue into a completely solvable one!

Out&Back quickly replaced a defective hip bag I’d ordered and with a new, well-functioning bag. I was impressed with how fast and easily everything worked in the process. It appeared I had the hip bag in hand before they even received my return of the first one! They were very professional and the customer service/communication was great!

This is my favorite place to get outdoor gear of my kind. The customer support and ease of returns puts them above the 5 stars in my book. I love this place!

I ordered a Mammut jacket which normally runs around 370$. They offered it for 120$ (including shipping). The jacket is in new condition and absolutely fabulous (I know because I had this exact jacket before). Can only highly recommend this shop - especially if there is an additional clearance sale. Will gladly order again!

This company will actually ship items, but if it’s the correct item is the question. The company is either just understaffed/poorly trained, or there’s light fraud occurring.

I had bought a roof rack from them, and they sent me the wrong item. They never answered at first, but then refused to belive it was their fault. I had to dispute with my credit card to return this. I was a bit busy and took a couple days to ship it back, and the company actually accused me of trying to steal the item. I shipped the item off when I had time, and guess what. The item return at my door the next days the company had sent a return label, addressed to me and not them. After telling them this they finally sent the right label, the item was returned and my money was refunded. The company never actually apologized for they way they handled themselves.

Definitely one of the more frustrating orders I’ve had. I can understand the shipping issues and even the label mix up, but let’s be professional here, it’s really bad business to accuse your customers of trying to steal items, especially ones that you incorrectly shipped in the first place. It really points the finger of fraud towards you more.
