I was surprised at the quick delivery. Hadn't expected it for another few days where I live.
Item as advertised and works well. Tested it out within 2 hours of delivery.

Ordered the 120AH
Ordered the 120AH, too big for our battery box, emailed support and was answered within an hour, advised I could send it back and be refunded to buy the 100AH that will fit. All correspondence polite and in a timely matter.

My first encounters weren't impressive at all. Later ones were much better and Outbax somehow become more "people/client" friendly. (If I can put it that way). Yes, I find I am more confident/happy to contact/speak with you, and most definitely do my bit, in introducing friends to Outbax.
