Great service - delivery as anticipated and the hot tub is just what we wanted. Instructions are best looked up on YouTube which makes more sense than the written instructions.

Great product, great price, great service
Bought a Lazy Spa, which was showing in stock, but the next day I was sent an email offering me another product that was worth more, for the same money, it wasn't what I was after so I asked for a refund, but they had just arrived in stock, so they arranged next day shipment - all around great service!

I bought the product… Lay Z Spa
I bought the product, particularly for the next day delivery has I had purchased the hot tub for a birthday celebration. The product was not delivered the next day despite ordering by 3pm. Difficult to contact the company as they did not have a contact number on their site

Bought a hot tub
Bought a hot tub, lazy spa, received it the next day. Excellent service.
Only thing, as parcel was so heavy 45kg. delivery man wouldn't lift it off the van, he had no trolly. He told me if I couldn't help him he would have to return it....
