Misleading charges and conditional refund
I was initially charged €2 as advertised. Shortly after, additional charges of €27 and €50.50 were attempted.
After I posted a review describing this experience, support contacted me and offered a refund for the initial charge. However, during further communication, they repeatedly stated that their system could not finalize the refund unless I deleted my review.
Despite multiple assurances that the refund was “not conditioned” on review removal, the clear message was that without deleting the review, the refund would not be completed.
I refused to remove my review. The review exists to transparently inform other customers about my experience and prevent similar situations.
Based on this experience, refunds appear to be tied to review removal rather than handled independently.

advertisement shows that you will received a Metro Riyadh boarding pass for a discounted cost of 42 SAR (10$) once you answered 3 questions and paid the said amount. It did not happened but instead you will be subscribed to outdooramuse.com. After 2 days, automatically I paid again another 10$ for the renewal of subscription without asking me. I did not save the bank details but the web site automatically save the bank details for them to automatically deduct the amount from my bank.
