This is my second time purchasing from outdoor dog supply. My older dog has had the same collar for almost 5 years with no color fading, no cracking and the name plate is still just as secure as it was when it was brand new. It was a no brainer on where to get a collar for our puppy.

I order a replacement battery for a TT-25 collar, (it took a looooong time to get hom not cuz of the store, but cuz the postal service treats the shipment of litium batteries has hazmat) But I love how thoughtful this package is put together, it includes the tiny and specific screw driver you need, a replacement charging cable adapter -the one that bites into the battery - and after being exxxxtra careful with the oring that is in between the battery and the unit… also noticed that the new battery comes with a new one… so you are really well set, literally an instant swap. At a very decent price.
