I originally ordered an extended range antennae with the tri-magnet mount. After 30 days, I had not received a shipment confirmation or update on the order. I called and was told the magnet was on backorder. They quickly exchanged the magnet mount, and shipped out my order. Better communication could have gotten me resolved several weeks earlier had I known what was going on. Other than that Outdoor Dog Supply has always been great and they will continue to be my go-to place for dog supplies

We recently adopted a dog from a difficult situation; his previous owner passed the rainbow bridge. We are sad about the circumstances, but happy to welcome a new furball. Our other two wear their 1" glow/reflective collars with no problem, so we got Chachie one in "School Bus Yellow."

These collars are the best. They last a long time and are decent priced. The free tags are a plus too when you have dogs that roam around!
