Overall I’m pleased
Overall I’m pleased. The piece is very nice , high quality, and I think I paid a good (and fair) price. I ordered based on phone call to OFP, and it turns out the stock info they gave me was incorrect. This lead a shipping delay of several MONTHS(!). Given the larger forces at work in the supply chain which OFP can’t control, it would help if their own internal information (which they can control) was up to date. Once I resigned myself to the long wait, the customer service was good, and they were attentive when I called or emailed for shipping updates, and when I noted small (and ultimately non-problematic) shipping damage.

Thank you so much for your comments. This summer indeed threw a number of curveballs that no one could foresee. Your product SHOULD have been in the warehouse and ready to ship as soon as your order was placed. It arrived from the factory overseas over a month before you placed your order. Unfortunately our information is only as good as the information we receive from the factory and the companies carrying the products from point A to point B. We saw a complete breakdown in this usually normal process this summer. As the summer went on we had a better handle on what was happening but when your order was placed we were still very much in the dark. Now that it's all said and done we do hope that you will enjoy your patio dining set! What you received is one of my favorites.

I found the website to be easy to use generally, in terms of product type, material and pricing. It would be helpful if you could add a sorting mechanism to sort by table shape and seating size. We purchased an 8 seat table and it would have been easier to narrow down the selections if we could have looked only at 8 seat options.
