Purchase was made on 10/12/26 and there were several emails from the company. The last being the one saying the item had been delivered, but it had not. I sent three email requesting help and all were ignored. Tried calling the phone number listed in one of the shipping update emails and it is for a bagel shop. Like the other reviewer, the charge on my credit card was from a charity called The Rapunzel Foundation out of Waterford Ireland. Beware this is not a true vendor of grills and smokers.

This website is well done, but it is a scam. Either the site is a scam or their payment processing has been hijacked, or both. My payment for purchase got rerouted to a charity out of Ireland. 2 confirmation emails arrived in my email, 1 for my purchase from outdoorgrillz.com and 1 for a donation from Children's Grief Centre. Both were for the same amount as my purchase. The phone number on the outdoorgrillz.com email is actually for a national bagel company, not an outdoor grill company. Further, I have now found that this website is only 53 days old. There will soon be more to be found about this website online, but there isn't much at this time. Needless to say, I cancelled the purchase with my credit card issuer. Not going to wait around for this purchase.
