Great customer service
Having redesigned our garden it was important to get the right pizza oven for the space. We were 90% sure which one to go for but just wanted to check some finer details. These guys were super helpful and the response rate was excellent. It was nice to be able to deal with an actual person not just a chatbot. Excellent customer service and can’t wait for the better weather to get outside and cook!

Great experience all round
Great experience all round! Totally recomend! I was a little sceptical about going online to get my new pizza oven. The ordering and delivery was great, but the ace was the customer service and after care. There was a part missing (or at leat I thought it was missing), do contacted the Outdoor Grill Company and they were able to help me immediately (turned out I had everything I needed all along). My mistake, but I guess at the end of the day it's just nice to know that in this day and age there are still companies out there that value customer service over a quick buck. Don't normally leave reviews but this one was warranted. Keep it up!
