Purchased a 6' Heritage bench. Was told 4-6 weeks. It arrived in 8 (thus missing the dedication ceremony as this was a memorial bench). Upon opening the crate I discovered the wrong slats had been sent. What should have been cedar colored Resin wood - were actually, what appeared to be particle board with a weird shiny plastic coating. I was advised to send an email outlining my purchase and to include photos of what I had received. I was told that I did indeed receive the wrong slats (they even went so far as to say they did not even recognize the slats I had received). I was told that they had 40 benches coming in that week - and the correct slats would be sent then. Two days later I received a one line email telling me my money was being refunded and if I want the correct slats I could place an order. WTF!! So here I am with a frame and no slats - and absolutely NO confidence in a company that would make a mistake, admit it, and then simply walk away without making it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
